Thank you for this recipe! I tried it today and it turned out soo fluffy, soft and delicious! I just added milk because I accidentally used the brown sugar used for cookies that's why I adjusted the consistency. 😅

No it's not steam baked. The batter on the pan is placed directly in the oven

Hi, haven't try it using steamer but as far as i know steamed cake takes 45 minutes steaming on medium heat..just do a toothpick test 😊

Time and temperature depends to the oven being used. Better check after 30 min.
