YX-BL02 equips with an infrared type rotary-reheating unit to heat preform. In the unit, we adopt far infrared heating lamps to heat the preform from both sides. The preform will be placed on the circulating discs of the heater. Along with the disc’s rotation and revolution, the preform will slowly spin into the heater and pass through heater’s heating area to achieve uniform heating effect throughout its body and two walls. Moreover, we have also designed special cooling channels on the heater. With both effects of natural cooling and fan cooling, the heat won’t accumulate on the circulating discs to affect preform’s correct heating effect.

do not start the heating laps before turning the chain rotation. and always switch off the 1st one when waiting for the right temp. You are heating the preform carriers which can lead to deformations

hello guys, I bought the machines but I'm having trouble controlling it, for example some of my bottles come out of the mold with rocket bottom shape, and some come with white milky side, so please if you can refer to me who to adjust it? or what are the parameters that I should change? my bottle has circle side shape, some times they don't make circle or symmetrical formation, so, what should I do?, that would be helpful, Thanks.
White might be: short heating time-add time / low temperature-increase/ moisture in the preform-drying

Si se rompe, es posible que tengas que comprar alguna pieza de repuesto, sería mejor grabar un video y comentarlo con la empresa a la que compraste, dejar que revisen el problema y te coticen los accesorios.
