This might be my favorite song ever,because pretty much I can completely relate to the speaker. In October 2017 I friend I had known for not very long had to move to Alabama,and I lived in Oklahoma. The night that she left,I had been trying to figure out how to still be able to scype but had no clue how to do it. I didn’t have here phone number. I didn’t have her new address so that I could talk to her through letters. I finally basically accepted that,I was never going to be able to talk to here in person,ever again. I had only known her since about September 2016 but she was basically a clone of me. She had the same personality,same interests,I had always acted funny and done funny stuff to become class clown,and she did too. Everytime I had lunch she sat next to me,every class she sat next to me,every time we were in art,music,or P.E. She had always atleast been in the same class. The day before she was going to start packing up,I had thought of a good idea.i brought my phone with me,and when none of the teachers were looking,I yelled over to her “Itzel,Smile!” And I got the perfect picture. The day after,when my reading teacher wasn’t looking,I gave her the picture. I printed two pictures off of my mother’s printer. She was very happy. I was trying to get the most out of this friendship while it had enough time. I will never forget that photo. While I am writing this comment,the picture is right next to me. October 25,2017 the best friendship I had ever had,ended. To this day,some of my friends still tease me about it,because they thought that I liked her. We gathered at the Oxford Crematorium On June 1st for Her funeral. As the curtains were closing. This played. I will never forget those precious Moments we would share together On 5 Bicster road. i remember laying in my room on my bed with my very first girlfriend months ago. we were bored and just started listening to random songs. i remember sitting up and grabbing my phone that we were playing songs off of and searching for this song. because i needed her to hear the song that made me think of her. that made me think of her smile, and her adorable laugh, and her mesmerizing hazel eyes that i always got lost in. i remember her joking about how determined i looked searching for this very song. once i had finally found it i told her to lay back down and listen to the song, and really focus on the lyrics. i lied back down telling her about how the lyrics in the song described how i felt about her. we both just stayed there in silence listening to this song, my heart beating insanely fast. but she needed to know how much i truly felt for her. and as i layed there i realized that i was in love with her, so deeply in love with her. no turning back. the song ended and i just blurted it out. *"i love you"*. i told her and all the emotion came out, and i told her how i never wanted to lose her, tears brimming my eyes at that point. tears began to fill in her eyes as well, making her gorgeous eyes glisten. she told me she felt the same. and we just sat there, crying and hugging. because we loved each other. and that's all we needed. just her and me. sadly though, i had to end the relationship a month ago, because it began to be toxic, and i no longer knew who she was. i had lost her, the girl who was my whole world, replaced by someone new. and i just wish i could get her back...
