He destroyed a city in shot from his atomic breath(normal blue beam),can destroy mountains with blue beam. Also he destroyed a 30km wide asteroid with equal mass to the moon further away than mars with his full powered red spiral beam.
And these are his feats from when he was only 50 meters tall. Currently he is and 10x stronger at 300 meters height. His full power could destroy the earth. Hes like a tree, he has no bones, no blood, he can regenerate wounds instantly

Godzillas max speed is 300 mph while rayquaza can move at 5,000,000 feet per second ok so godzilla couldn't hurt rayquaza if he wanted to rayquaza could dodge everything and get out of range of the nuclear pulse every time. Now let's talk about destructive power rayquaza also wins by a long shot rayquazas job is to destroy all asteroids that come In to orbit no matter their size if 100 asteroids enter the orbit all in different places in the world he will destroy all of them before they hit the ground. Rayquaza also oneshot groudon and kyogre the creator of the sea and the creator of the land putting him well above planetary. Like he could literally just destroy the planet if he wanted to. I love both but I don't see godzilla winning this. But ofcourse I'm only talking about monsterverse godzilla comic godzilla would easily win.

Ghidohrah covered Full Brazil in storm in 5 minutes and Ghidohrah is stated to destroy the earth and extinct every species. And Godzilla matched him in Boosted form. And in that form he was Multi Continental destroyer. But in Burning form he reached Planet Buster and his own presence melted the city Boston so I think he has a chance defeating ghidohrah in 2nd round
