My phone showed the items in chinese and some how I identified 'Reboot Phone' (重启手机). Selected the same using volume down button. But selection using 'Volume up' button doesn't work. Any suggestions?

thanks, this actually helped me because my old android phone's volume buttons are also broken. I've seen a similar tutorial before but it did not tell me that pulling the cord and putting off and on the battery was the trick. Thanks again.

Can you tell me how to get a Samsung Galaxy a13 with a power button that isn't disconnected and just stopped working randomly and doesn't have dust in it to work please also does not have a removable battery I would have to go into the phone unscrew a bunch of stuff and then unplug a bunch of stuff to get the battery out not to mention it has some kind of glue stuff that keeps it on as well please help thank you
