Couple tips for the game:
Robots are vulnerable to melee(drills count) and frost, and instantly die when set on fire(even the big one).
All big bugs are resistant to fire, frost and explosions. So I'd recommend to save those for swarms, and shoot big guys with bullets, preferably in the butt.
Resupplies replenish half of all your ammo. So it's best to use all your weapons(especially engineers turrets) and grenades to not waste ammo.
You can recall turrets by pressing and holding R
You can open and orient yourself on a map by pressing TAB. And while your map is open, you can press SPACEBAR to orient yourself with current view of the map.
Bugs attacking downed players won't damage others(big bugs do area damage, so they still going to damage you)
You will bounce of dwarves(and big bugs) heads, to break your fall
