I am editing a video and when I generate the zoom in effect when starting the effect the selection does not make it complete, but it does not reach the edges. I drag the tips, move the selection, etc. and there is no case, it always keeps a selection that is not 100%. I'm looking for tutorials, I even sent a ticket to Movavi support. Do you have any idea what could be happening?

Unfortunately, I won't get a quick answer. But I shot in portrait mode, vertical, and the zoom feature crops too tight and removed the proportions of the portrait landscape
