I am from Zamboanga City, where all of those shots, sceneries, food, history, architecture, arts and crafts, and people from Zamboanga came from. Our city is a multilingual, multicultural, multi-religious, and multi-ethnic salad bowl or melting pot. It is also a very or highly Hispanized (Spanish-influenced) place, where most or majority of the people speaks a native Spanish creole language that is quite similar to Spanish.
It is also influenced by other people and places in the Philippines, especially by the indigenous people such as Subanens and Samas or Bajaus, other natives and locals of the Philippines like Cebuanos, Ilonggos, and Tagalogs, by Muslim or Islamic groups of people such as Tausugs, Yakans, and also Samas or Bajaus, and by the very or highly Spanish influenced local and native Spanish-creole speaking Zamboangueños, who are the majority of the people group in the city.
Aside from Spanish or Hispanic and from native, local, indigenous, and other Philippine influences, it is also influenced by American, Mexican, other Asian, and some Islamic cultures and influences, especially from the Middle East, and from Southeast Asia such as from Malaysia, and Indonesia.

To visit Zamboanga City, especially for foreign visitors and tourists, most will say that one should contact and coordinate with the Department of Tourism local office of the City of Zamboanga for travel, security, and safety purposes. It is not because the city is not safe, but the city just wants to make sure the security and safety of travel of foreign visitors and tourists through the key tourists spots, natural landscapes and wonders, historical sites, cultural sites, and artistic sites of the city. They can also give foreign visitors and tourists suggestions on where are the best places or spots to go, visit, and travel, and what are the best things, activities, culture, and food to try, and also what to do in the city.

The one in Catriona's video about Mindanao was in South Cotabato of the Soccsksargen Region or Region 12. It is from one of the indigenous, local, or native tribes from there. That one from the Zamboanga tourism video is from the Yakan people, which is an indigenous, native, or local tribe (partly Islamic), originally from the province of Basilan, but are also in Zamboanga City, and forms as one of the 5 main groups of people or tribes of Zamboanga City: Zamboangueños, Tausugs, Samas or Bajaus, Subanens, and Yakans. This video reflects different cultures and beautiful scenery in a country of 7641 islands and highlighted the different regions from the 3 main islands of Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao. Most Filipinos have not even explored these places eventhough they've lived there all their lives because it is a massive archipelago. Every island is different from the other. It's like exploring the world in one country! We have the remnants of the Spanish era, Japanese, Chinese culture is very much alive, as well as the Western, but most of all the local culture is very much different, we speak different dialects then we unite as one using our own national language which is tagalog!
FYI, fireflies in the video is real, nothing is fake I can assure you that!!!😊

In Zamboanga City, we do and serve paellas in some restaurants because of our very, heavy, or highly Hispanized (aka Spanish-influenced) culture, influences, and traditions. The majority of the people here even speak a Spanish creole language or a creole language based on Spanish or with way many Spanish words, terms, phrases, and vocabularies compared to other languages of the Philippines, and even Spanish speakers are able to understand us and our native language, and sometimes we can have a conversation with native Spanish speakers even they will speak or use Spanish while we will use our Spanish creole language. This creole language is called Chavacano, Chavacano de Zamboanga, or Zamboangueño Chavacano. It is the only Spanish creole language in Asia, and one of the oldest creole languages in the world. It is also the most unique native or locally-spoken and used language in the Philippines that is also not considered as a foreign language, and the most thriving variant of Chavacano is the one spoken and used in our city of Zamboanga, out of the three left or still exisitng variants or varieties of Chavacano in the Philippines. Three other variants or varieties of this Spanish creole language already died and is now considered linguistically extinct.

"Windmills right on the beach" ,you questioned? They were constructed along the beach to make the propellers rotate consistently by the wind to make a clean (with no carbon or gases) electrical supply to a city. They are also called as wind farms or turbines. There are a lot of them here in the US even constructed right on the desert in California. Have you not seen one in your country? I hope you don't think of them like the windmills of Netherlands.

The haluhalo (aka halo-halo) thing you saw in the Zamboanga tourism video is not really a haluhalo, but called "Knicker Bucker", and unlike haluhalo it is made up of other sliced tropical fruits such as mangoes, plain bananas, watermelon, etc. with squares of jellies just like in haluhalo (usually of different colors), served with milk just like in haluhalo (usually sweetened evaporated milk), but then topped with strawberry ice cream. Haluhalo on the other hand doesn't have mangoes and watermelon, and it contains crushed ice, various sweetened beans, sweetened bananas, sweetened jackfruit, and other things (like macapuno, nata de coco, kaong, and pinipig), and topped with leche flan and ube ice cream. Zamboanga City is quite well-known for this dessert, but is usually mistaken by foreigners and even by other Filipinos for a haluhalo dessert. This dessert is also, I say, unique and started in Zamboanga City or got famous first in Zamboanga City, even it is accordingly of a foreign origin from the first food business who introduced or made a Philippine version of it here in our city, from the foreign dessert which they got inspiration from. I also think that the name of this dessert is also foreign. I just forgot from which foreign dessert, brand, food business, or country this dessert got its name and inspiration from.

At first, the dessert is just mainly the sweetened evaporated milk, diced sweet and ripe Filipino magoes, diced watermelons, and sliced plain bananas, with strawberry ice cream on top, but now there are other new changes, variations, and or add-ons to the dessert like adding diced apples, sweet corn kernels, multi-colored or single-colored diced jellies, and replacing with sweetened condensed milk instead of the sweetened evaporated milk, and also topped with vanilla ice cream instead of the strawberry one. I guess other local restaurants and food businesses who adopted the dessert through the years also made some other versions or variations of it such as by altering or changing some few ingredients or by adding new things to it while still keeping its core.
