Everything is black, and you can't see anything. Until a bright spotlight lands on some strange man. He is devilishly handsome. He is dressed at his finest, and is giving you a calm smile. Another spotlight then lands onto you. It blinds you at first, and you put your hand in front of your face, then slowly put it down, still staring at him. He extends a hand, continuing to smile. You slowly walk to him, your curiousity poking at your mind. Even though he was a stranger, you couldn't help but feel a strange close connection with him. Was this true love? Perhaps so. You took his hand. This song began to play, it's echoing feature filled you with bliss. You both stared at each other in the eyes. His eyes were so intoxicating, and you felt like you could drown in them. "Who are you?", you asked, intrigued by this man. He leaned into your ear, and whispered. His answer sent chills down your spine. "The devil.".

I can imagine scene where you're finally dancing with your childhood crush in an abandoned ballroom, only to realize that near the end of the song, your crush has long since passed. OR You're a widow in the late 1800s, living in a mansion. You go to the ballroom, which hasn't been used since your soulmate has passed. As you walk in, you reminisce on the memories of you and your loved one dancing. Vividly seeing the surrounding guests dance in the background.
Imagine you wake up it's the middle of the night and you're in a forest. You're laying against a tree and as you look up you can see the moonlight in-between the leaves. The moonlight gives little light though it's better then nothing. You yourself aren't wearing any shoes and can feel the soft grass. As you stand up you notice what looks like a tall figure. Your heart beats, there was something about this figure that made you melt inside. Which leads you to follow said figure. Following your heart, you run towards the figure never getting close. However the figure never leaves your sight it even stops sometimes almost as if it wanted to stay in your sight. Every time you stepped towards it your heart beated faster, making you more drawn to this mysterious figure. After what seems like hours you end up near the forest exit. The figure stood waiting for you only this time they where waiting at the exit. As you finally get closer you notice that the figure has gone. Once you reach the exit your heart saddens. You couldn't help but feel disappointed. Finally you realize how tired you are from all that running non stop to catch up with the figure. Now your eyelids where slowly going down and up. Suddenly you started to fall to your left. Your body moved right as you falled down making sure you landed on you're back. However you never hit the grass. No no no you where in someone's strong arms. Your head on their chest being able to hear there slow but strong heart beat your heart following to the rhythm. "Why?" You said trying not to sound sleepy. A soft but low pitched chuckle laughed at your attempt. "We've met before." You feel water dripping on to you and realize it's raining, you put your hood on and look for a place to stay for the night. You slip on a rock and fall down, you land on the ground and get up, you're all dirty and wet from the mud. You stand up and look up to see vines, and see some hanging leaves. It's a willow tree. You walk through the vines and see a beautiful cottage with willow trees in the back, the cottage was slightly covered in vines but it made it look much more nice. You look through it's window and check if anyone was living there, you went inside and took off your hood, you layed down on the bed. You rest easily and drift to sleep. You slowly open your eyes as sun rays come into the cottage, 'My, how quick did the day go by?' You stretch and yawn, you get up slowly and look outside. It looked... different. The place was bright and beautiful, the grass was green, the willow trees weren't as gray as they looked. And the house was surrounded by beautiful flowers, it all seemed familiar some how, not because you found it, but it felt like you lived in it for so long. You look back to the bed and it looked so brighter than before, and the wood they used wasn't dusty, it looked perfectly new. You look at the mirror, and see yourself but with a white dress and a brown bodice.

This song reminds me of a dream I had when I was At least 5 and my parents were getting a divorce and in the dream I was abducted by a girl who looked young at least 20 and she took me to her world where her family was and it was dark lit up by lights and I was so afraid but then I got brought back to my family and I keep thinking about that dream and how it gives me this unexplainable feeling now.

Imagine you wake up it's the middle of the night and you're in a forest. You're laying against a tree and as you look up you can see the moonlight in-between the leaves. The moonlight gives little light though it's better then nothing. You yourself aren't wearing any shoes and can feel the soft grass. As you stand up you notice what looks like a tall figure. Your heart beats, there was something about this figure that made you melt inside. Which leads you to follow said figure. Following your heart, you run towards the figure never getting close. However the figure never leaves your sight it even stops sometimes almost as if it wanted to stay in your sight. Every time you stepped towards it your heart beated faster, making you more drawn to this mysterious figure.
After what seems like hours you end up near the forest exit. The figure stood waiting for you only this time they where waiting at the exit. As you finally get closer you notice that the figure has gone.
Once you reach the exit your heart saddens. You couldn't help but feel disappointed. Finally you realize how tired you are from all that running non stop to catch up with the figure. Now your eyelids where slowly going down and up. Suddenly you started to fall to your left. Your body moved right as you falled down making sure you landed on you're back. However you never hit the grass. No no no you where in someone's strong arms. Your head on their chest being able to hear there slow but strong heart beat your heart following to the rhythm.
"Why?" You said trying not to sound sleepy. A soft but low pitched chuckle laughed at your attempt. "We've met before." At this point you could hardly make out a sort of face, however you noticed your saviour's lime green eyes.
"We have?"
"Why yes. Once upon a dream~"

You slip on a rock and fall down, you land on the ground and get up, you're all dirty and wet from the mud. You stand up and look up to see vines, and see some hanging leaves. It's a willow tree. You walk through the vines and see a beautiful cottage with willow trees in the back, the cottage was slightly covered in vines but it made it look much more nice. You look through it's window and check if anyone was living there, you went inside and took off your hood, you layed down on the bed. You rest easily and drift to sleep.
You slowly open your eyes as sun rays come into the cottage, 'My, how quick did the day go by?' You stretch and yawn, you get up slowly and look outside. It looked... different. The place was bright and beautiful, the grass was green, the willow trees weren't as gray as they looked. And the house was surrounded by beautiful flowers, it all seemed familiar some how, not because you found it, but it felt like you lived in it for so long. You look back to the bed and it looked so brighter than before, and the wood they used wasn't dusty, it looked perfectly new. Dropping into his backyard, you are expecting him to be there waiting to greet you with a huge smile.
You do not see him, but you see his mother.
Why is she crying?
You head over to her, hunching over on the ground. She was sobbing really hard. You heard her calling out to someone.
It was his name. Why was she saying his name so upsettingly?
You notice a little note in her hand. All the writing was messy and the paper was wrinkled up a bit.
"Mother, I am very sorry for not acting the same as usual. It just got so lonely and depressing without
them. I miss every day i would spend with them, and every moment. They were my everything, my world, my life.
I could not handle living without them. SO i am off to see them once more. I love you dearly, mother." - him.
You were confused. Why was he talking about you?
You walked into his house, finding his father arranging a wreath of white daisies. You remembered he loved daisies.
In the corner of the wreath it said, "in loving memory of HIM. HE will forever be loved, but missed very much.
You had felt even more confused. You knew how much his parents loved him, but why were they both so upset?
Is he off to go on an adventure? Is he visiting somebody?
You walk away from his house. You head back into your yard and feel very puzzled. You decide to rest your head buzzing
with confusion against the tree you both planted.
You walk behind the tree.
You see him, but his eyes seem odd. They used to be lit up with joy, sparkles, and love. Now they looked dull and lonely.
You had looked at the rest of him, he was off the ground. It seemed as if he fell asleep trying to climb the tree with some rope.
Why would he climb the tree with rope around his neck?

A flush of memories flooded your mind.

You remembered the incident.
You were walking back home from school. You remember being frightened by the sight of something..

But they weren’t ordinary children- they were YOU many moons ago. Then, the adolescent version of you sings this song (first part), then at the second half, you turn around to hear another voice. Behind you, you see an elderly person. But there was something so...damned familiar. The eyes...you knew. It is the YOU to come. They smile- a sadness and touch of death in their eyes. But in those eyes...was a sense of regret, but also pride and a longing to be back who they were - as you. They sing the second half of the song as they approach you. Then at the end, the adolescent you joins you. Both of them hold hands with you at the final chorus.
And you awaken.

This song reminds me of a dream I had when I was At least 5 and my parents were getting a divorce and in the dream I was abducted by a girl who looked young at least 20 and she took me to her world where her family was and it was dark lit up by lights and I was so afraid but then I got brought back to my family and I keep thinking about that dream and how it gives me this unexplainable feeling now.
