What is written about the history of this fire in the Zoroastrian book is that some of the Zoroastrian monks who were scattered and displaced by the invasion of the Mongols moved to a village called Turkabad after the establishment of the Ilkhanate government, and the fire of Bahram, which has many stories and events behind it, He was placed in the nearby village. Later, Turkabad village and its neighboring village called Sharifabad became the most important gathering center of Zoroastrians.
It is interesting to know that this fire was kindled during the Sassanid era and by the command of Mobadan, and it remained lit over time with great efforts. After going through the most extreme events, this fire remained at its last destination and is kept in the same place until today and is still burning as the most sacred fire of Zoroastrians. Finally, it should be said that the fire of this fire belongs to the fire of Karian Temple in Larestan, which was brought to Yazd and preserved in 852 solar year.
