@@Moroccan_mapping99 Sometimes fasting can ACTUALLY be healthy. Read studies about health benefits of fasting periodically. He is also not saying his fans should fast. He is a dancer and dancers do tend to try and keep slim. I am a dancer myself so I know. I am not saying he needs to be slim . Fasting a few says will not kill him as long as he stays well hydrated.
