You are applying for Master or PhD and in which college? Also it is not necessary or requirement that recommendation letter must be from Assistant Professor but if you can get from Assistant Professor it will be better. Good Luck 👍

Is there any deadline for them? For example, I am an international applicant and the deadline for me is the 1st of February. Is it the same deadline for my reference letters from my Professors? It is recommended to ask your referees to submit recommendation letters before deadline and you will recieve notification that your referee has submitted the RL.

For IELTS you can use proficiency letter but for GRE you can not. For some programs this time GRE is optional. I don't know for which program you are applying.

I applied in MS Logistics and Supply chain without IELTS and GRE as it was not mandatory for application. My application had been forwarded 2 months ago but still waiting for further response in fact many of the students are called for the interview.
