Looks really good 👍
Glad im not the only one that manages to glue the tube of glue to themself mid project.
😂😂 It's a struggle
@@QueenofReef ngl, I thought the baggy shirt was gonna end up glued to the scape.
Looks good so far. I’m be watching 👍🏾
😃😃
I would build a larger structure maybe with some caves and hiding places etc that would look pretty cool
Looks amazing!
thank you! ☺️
I need to see how you actually get it in the tank but you are learning what you’re corals need and creating something magical.
Hahah it's going to be a serious challenge!! 🫣
Looks very nice. I would be sooo proud of it if I created such a beauty!
🥲
Waiting for!
Yes 🙌
Awesome 👌 3 separate
Agreed 😬
Looking good Stephanie.
thanks 🥰
Build out the base larger with more support points if you plan to go larger with the scape.
I think 2 more would look great so that they might even intertwine a bit with each other.
I think so too 😊
Just broke my tank down and sold everything . Watching your videos make me want to get back into hobby again!
you should!! ☺️ start fresh
Damn Stephanie this first aquascape is awesome! Whatever you choose next is totally up to you, just follow your heart 😉 oh and by the way.. lovvve your sense of humour 😄
Wow that came out great!!! I would do one more giant one.
Cool good job
Thanks!!
Two more for sure three more would be even better 👍🏾 great job keep going
Thanks!! I thought 3 also 🤔 But might change my mind when scaping no idea where it's going lol
Looks great. You can easily build another lower structure off your base
Just found your channel and have been loving the content!
For the scaping, would it be any easier to use something more like a putty to bind the larger rocks together or an epoxy over the superglue, just for the extra hold and structural integrity it might add over the glue?
I think you should built three more of the same size. Great video. Can't wait for the update.
I'm definitely considering it! I think that's the only way it will work really. Just have to think of different shapes now 🤔
Looks like very hard work this aquascape. You must have had truckloadful of patience. It looks brittle and I'd definitely be worried once corals grow in that their added calcium carbonate skeletal weight might break the aquascape.
Thanks for another video 🙂
I give it to you beauty takes patience and you have a lot of it 👍
🥲 Thank you
😍😍😍
👍👍 I'll be listening
yesss join the chat!
cyanoacrylate and acetone on marco rocks is what i use
Looking good. Your corals will grow out nicely if given enough space from each other to grow. Looking forward to the end results in how you display it all. Great video 👍🏼
That's the hard part! My corals are so big now, they might not even fit on the scape 😭🤣
@@QueenofReef
Just creat little islands where you can place specific ones.
You know what your doing🙂 …..
absolutely amazing, great video, loved it as always
thank you!! 🙏
I be sleeping, I watch tomorrow morning tho 🥰🐶
💃💃
Have you thought about trying the rock powder and thin super glue method? I find that it makes great bonds that dont require the mortar and sets fast.
I would, but the method would never hold up the weight of the rock because the arches are so extended and essentially balancing on one small rock 😮💨 I really need the extra support sadly
Does the mortar need to be cured like when using cement for diy rocks or does this marco stuff not effect the ph or anything from the start
It's best to leave it in the tank for the cycle before adding anything in
Maybe you mentioned this and I missed it, but do you pre-drill holes for frag plugs?
No I don't ! Just glue them on 👍
Wow!! Looks amazing cannot wait to see it in the tank! 😎 Another structure definitely- symmetry rules.
Ahhh this one's going to be hard!
Thanks for keeping it real, Steph 😊 that collapsing montage… been there/done that… I feel your pain 🥰
Looking good 👍 I'm building 1 right now inside my 150 mixed reef. Cool cat by tha way wid them blue eyes
I'm having so much fun scraping again! And yes hahah he always has to be involved 😂
So awesome!!! 2 more structures I would do. So 3 total structures. Not all same size or shape. Love your work girl! I can't believe you had all that backup Rock just sitting there I would have started a new tank LOL.
I'm thinking that's the only way it will work 👀 The rock i'm using is just too small. I don't think in three structures so this will be a fun challenge !! Hahah yes I got wayyyy too much (also have another entire box of shelf rock), didn't expect that much would show up 😂 It's hard not starting a ton of tanks but I can barely handle one lmao
I would like to trade rare corals and maybe pipe one day
Do the solo cups need to be red? Lol 😜
Yea otherwise it doesn't work 😂
By chance did you use small pieces of rock? Lol jk love it!!
I realized I said that a million times but it was after I already uploaded it so I was just like screw it at least I got my point across 🤣🤣
@@QueenofReef lol who cares. I've said the word "um" like 87 times in one video.
NSA is a poor habitat for reef fish, and actually the opposite of a reef in nature. The fish have no rock structure to sleep in, and no where to get away from others. BRS even walked this back after promoting it for months, after seeing the stress and aggression that resulted.
My corals are really large so once they're on the scape the fish will have tons of caves! I get how aggression could happen in a tank just starting out with no coral coverage-which is why I waited for my corals to grow out before I added fishies other than my clowns so have never had aggression problems😊
That's why I went for basically a semi nsa using large rocks with lots of structure and caves in a nsa shape
It’s looks great on video so it must look amazing with you then, your doing a great job it’s defo going to be better than the last, and better than the one I made 😂, check mine out type, Colin Garvie on you tube and it should be in there somewhere but your doing a great job, go you your awesome I’m impressed 😜👏👏👏, Colin🏴
It will be great for your flow to hit the corals it does look s bit small tho 🤔 have you thought about incorporating the pieces that are inside the tank? It looks like you could use one of those for your next base and build off it. Looks like u have a lot of work ahead.💜🐟
