શ્રીખંડ તો તમે ખાતા જ હશો પણ તમે જાણો છો કે એ કઈ રીતે બને છે?
આપડે આવી ગયા છીએ વર્ષો જૂની મિલ્ક પેલેસ ની ફેકટરીમાં જ્યાં આપડે ૧૦૦ કિલો શ્રીખંડ એ પણ ઘણા બધા ફ્લેવર્સના બનાવીશું. મિલ્ક પેલેસની ફેકટરીમાં સૌથી પહેલા દૂધ કલૅક્ટ કરવામાં આવે છે જે ડાયરેક તબેલાથી આવે છે. સૌ પ્રથમ વજન કરવામાં આવે છે અને એને ગાળવામાં આવે છે. બે વખત સારી રીતે ગાળીને ગરમ કરીને ઠંડુ પાડી દહીં બનાવામાં આવે છે. ત્યારબાદ એને કપડામાં ગાળીને દહીંમાંથી પાણી કાઢવામાં આવે છે. સરસ મજાનો લચકો તૈયાર થાય પછી છીણીને ખાંડ સાથે મિક્ષ થાય છે. વિવિધ ફ્લેવર અને ડ્રાયફ્રુટ સાથે ફાઇનલ ટેસ્ટ આપે છે. સરસ મજાની ફેક્ટરીમાં હાઇજીનનું પણ ધ્યાન રખાય છે. આઓ જોઈએ કેમ બને છે શ્રીખંડ
