I love seeing everyone showing up after watching The Boys 😆 welcome, this show (and Starr, and everyone else in it) deserve the appreciation. The fandom has been too quiet!
Some Actors are very talented, it's a shame thst they get cast in wrong roles which does not bring out their potential. This guy is my new favorite.

How does no one know this show?! It’s amazing. Great acting and sick, brutal action scenes. Interesting characters that develop over time. Decent story too. Everyone who consider watching this, just do it if these things appeal to you. Love it
The acting is good from the 8 or so mainish characters, but outside of that it literally has some of the worst acting I've come across in a tv series over the last 25 years, which is fine... I don't dock it for the bad acting, but it is weird just how bad the acting is from many of the side characters... as in never acted a day in their lives bad.

I came across this show only 3 weeks ago and am unable to stop watching. Just starting the fourth and final season. It is a complete adrenaline rush start to finish. Can't understand why it so underrated, brilliant. Thank you to the creators for this incredible trip.

Yes this show is very underrated. The first two seasons tying up what happened had me full immersed. Was telling people about this show before quarantine and lockdown. Glad to see it's getting a little bit more recognition now. I love Siobhan.

I disagree if that's your opinion but I respect it & won't argue one way or the other about it. It was a nice little gem in my opinion but, like a lot of shows that I've liked, hit its peak when the latest season was a bit of a time skip and the characters underwent a lot of changes that we didn't get to see much of. It made it lose some of the things that initially brought me into its own little world.

because they didn't spend so much money on advertisement and didn't do dirty promotion as AMC likes to do - AMC basic strategy is to use astroturf social engineering paid commenters etc to spread "10/10" comments so it gets into people's eyes until they convince themselves into liking those boring breaking bad and walking dead

So glad the boys has given this show a mini revival. Was completley missed by everybody and it deserved a far bigger following. The Game of Thrones and Breaking bads were getting all the attention and this show did it all better with a fraction of the money
Agreed. I just started this show this past weekend and i LOVE it. Anthony Star is sooooo underrated as an actor. The only other tv series i loved as much as The Boys was Breaking Bad. I would've loved Game of Thrones, but i hated how it ended, it felt cheap and rushed.

Same here. I didn't know about this show existence and just from the first minute it got me hooked till the end. Came to know of this from some CZcams shorts.
I was telling the world how many Oscars, Emmys, Tommys, Jimmies and Marcelos Starr should be getting for is ineffably amazing portrayal of Homelander, when people answered back "I used to worship Starr ever since Banshee. Have you seen Bansee?" Well, no, but I'm on to solving that.
And I must add... it was hard to be so incredibly good in The Boys. Many of the other actors are between the correct and the extremely good. Erin Marjorie does an impressive job; Chace Crawford and Jessie Usher can make you desire their death and suffering and feel empathy towards their suffering... And among this group of extremely talented people, Starr outshines everyone. Yearning to see more of his work.

Just finished Banshee after The Boys season 2 and damn...Anthony is REALLY good. I absolutely never seen him as Homelander and that's a big compliment because he was the main reason I started the show in the first place. But back to Banshee, it was great. The last season was a little dull but I understood the mood change , other than that the full series is near perfect. Hands down for the full crew from the most unskippable intro in TV history, through the mostly unspoken civil wars between society's under or not so underground divisions to the many-many flawless characters the show produced. Brock Lotus was a real Max Payne (3rd game version) in the last 2 seasons. And can anyone tell me how could it be that Anthony Starr wasn't in ANYTHING from 2016 to 2019?! I mean I watched interviews with him and he said that he wants to do more than acting alone but still...

Banshee has been my top rated series for years now. SPOILER!!!! Keeping that phenomenal acting, cast, direction.. the SCRIPT itself of having spent 15 years behind the bar & coming back to nothing is so heartbreaking and relatable. I think it's the freaking script for me, HANDS DOWN THE BEST!!!!!

I just started watching this show and I was hooked from the first episode when dude got a A-1 Steak Sauce bottle shoved in his mouth!!..Just finishing up season 2 and it has been a crazy ride!!...It cracks me up how in every episode Hood get all beaten and scarred and I think there's gonna be a lot of pregnant women in Banshee- Bartender Girl, Rebecca, Dude who Hood shot in the head at party wife, Anna/Carrie, Alex's sister, and Deputy Kelly, thanks to Sheriff Hood!!! LOL!!!
