Hard to believe this man started as a Left Midfielder but couldn’t break into the team with Ribery and Coman ahead of him. So he took his chance at LB and made it his position. I can’t imagine tbf amount of hard work and dedication he spent in those first few months playing regularly just to adjust to it and to now be so good. He must be on top of the world right now massive respect! I’d love to see players like Zinchenko, Niles, Sessegnon and Hakimi to achieve the same success after moving to more defensive roles than they originally began
