I have listened to this more than I can count and every time I get something different. It has, helped me understand life, my thinking, and how I project this in my everyday life. I went through a divorce after 30 years, one of the worse cases of covid, and when my EX walked out, he left me with a pile of bills, a 17-year-old son that needed him. A house that needed a lot of work. I had to find myself rebuild my strength and do all that to make sure my son graduated from high school. I did that through a changed mind!!! He graduated #3 in his class one of the highest GPA, 7 scholarships not just in Basketball but in academic. I am doing well in health, promotion on my job and other job offers. I am back in school and rebuilding my life one day at a time. This video has helped me so much,,,,THANK YOU

3. Replace the lie thought with the truth which is Gods word, a scripture that applies and you like, mine is 2 Corinthians 5:17
4. Change the narrative(what your thinking about.
5. Act on the truth whether you feel like it or not.
6. Repeat
By the power of the Holy Spirit (You must accept Jesus to have the Holy Spirit) and repeating these steps I have changed literally how I think. It’s not easy and you must persist for months or longer BUT SO WORTH IT. 33 year old Strongholds have been broken. Thank you Jesus.
