Samuel de Lange jr. - Phantasy & Fugue for orchestra (demo)

De Lange (1840-1911) wrote in a style similar to Brahms; modernism like Wagner he could not care for.
This phantasy is clearly much influenced by Bach, but retains much of the personal style of De Lange himself.

I really appreciate you creating these demos for CZcams. They are well done and interesting. It's also interesting how much they sound like a theater organ (with string and various wind stops) instead of a real orchestra. I guess it shows that the organ designers and builders of 100 years ago were on the right track with orchestral-imitation pipe ranks if today's synths and sampled sounds are much the same.
