Hi! My name is Christine. I'm new to your channel. I want to start with saying I'm terribly sorry for the loss of your father. I can't imagine the pain you're going through. Even though you have had something bring you down, you're still positive. I can honestly say that's what kept me watching this video. Not only your positivity, but the way you lend an ear to listen to prayer requests from people you don't know... I admire you for your kindness.
On the subject of requests, if you would please keep me and my family in your prayers. We are faced with hard times after my husband lost his job and my job cut my hours. I pray everyday that I can keep it together. I suffer from severe depression and hard times like these get me down. I'm so glad I found your channel. Because of this video, I have more faith than ever that I can get through this hard time.

Same here. I don't know Brittani and Jeff in real life, but have come to know them through their channel... I feel so sad and can't help but cry for their loss :( I am praying that God gives them strength.
All I know at this time is he stoped breathing in his sleep and it caused a lot of brain injuries according to her instagram story’s they are starting the long process of donating his organs

Toy Tips .. whenever I buy toys for my kids I always donate or throw the old toys .. if they get 2 new toys then they have to get rid of 2 old toys .. and really helps a lot .. I hope you or anyone will like this tip ♥️♥️

When I had littles playing with tons of toys we used bins, but put pictures of what kind of toys should go in each one; pic of cars, pic of legos, etc. I also used a kitchen timer and would set it to like 2 minutes (short attention span of littles you know! LOL) and we'd make a game of trying to beat the timer with getting all the toys back in their bins, etc. At the end we'd hi five each other. You know from having littles that while they may not clean up like we would, they try hard and really love hearing us tell them what a good job they are doing/did, how proud we are of them, and I always made sure to hug or hi five and say Thank you to each one for the cleanup help they did. Just like adults, hearing someone tell you thank you, etc. makes you feel good and even more motivated. Bless you and your family!
BTW My decorations will be coming down Mon. Dec. 30. I like to get them down before New Year's Eve, AND while husband is back at work, but son is still out of school and here to help. :)
I just lost my Mother 30th Dec, 2019.-She had been sick three years. I thank God for having her Christmas and one more year to be with my son on his birthday which was.Dec. 28th. Sorry for the loss of your Dad. I lost my Dad 26 years ago. I have been taking my Christmas down for three days. Keeps me busy. You are making me tired. I dread to start my cleaning. I really needed to hear that little speech you made in the beginning of the video. My Dad passed away in 2018 and ever since then I've felt lost and felt like things are out of my control. I'm so sorry about your father....I lost my dad 19 years ago a month before Christmas and 5 years ago in July I lost my older brother to an overdose....it's hard and I'm battling with depression...Please keep me in your prayers and I will definitely keep praying for you and your family ❤️
So I took all mine down yesterday. However I did not clean yet. I so needed this motivation today. I honestly think it’s completely daft to take down especially the lights just as we face sone of our bleakest months & grimmest weather. I pack away any red and very Christmassy stuff but try to leave any white lights and light coloured stuff until the end of Jan ;)
I always wait till new years day to take down my tree. I also fine cleaning helps me calm down. Specially when my depression or anxiety takes ahold. I also clean random places to avoid certain cleaning task aka laundry

Hey Brianna, I hope you had a great Christmas. My prayer request is for me. My whole family is disabled. I'm mentally disabled and I am my husband's caregiver and my 7 yr old son is autistic. I do literally everything. I've stopped taking care of myself. Last night I had a scare. My blood sugar and my blood pressure spiked very dangerously high. I had passed out and ended up in the ER. I so overwhelmed but my family comes first. I just don't care for myself anymore. I need prayer. Thank you. Btw I love your videos you are an inspiration.
I watched this video from beginning to end and I in awe of what you did . It's difficult sometimes to appreciate what we do on a daily basis , but watching you gave me a glimpse of what I did for years and what I do now in my parents home . Believe it or not , cleaning up after my parents is more work than ever. I'm beyond exhausted and have less motivation to tackle the same thing every single day, all day long. I’m so greatful to see these videos posted. I’m a nurse so while I was lucky enough this year to have the main two day’s with my family the rest I have been working. My house has been a disaster despite numerous attempts to clean and clear away and I have been feeling stressed and over whelmed. This has helped me to see that this is very normal for a family home over Christmas and I won’t be beating myself up. X

I need all the motivation in the new year for cleaning, decluttering, meal preparation, time management, organizing. Heather Carson .....Oh Heather I'm so sorry for your loss. I most definitely feel your pain. My sweet, beloved Grandfather passed away in 2005 from Bone Cancer. He was diagnosed the day after Easter and died 26 days later. He was more like a father to me then my Grandfather. I miss him so, so much. The loss never goes away but it does get better with time I promise. I'm praying for you and your family sweetie ! #cancersucks !!

I recommend doing a toy rotation system. We have toys separated into 1/4 system. We have a 1/4 out to play with, the rest are on "vacation" in the garage. I always rotate the toys when the kids are not there and when I bring new toys out anything they didn't really play with or they've outgrown we donate. It really helps keep it manageable. We also have separate little bins for the toys with peices. Our kiddos know that before they can take out another toy they have to clean up and put the stuff back in the bin. It has been working great so far!
I could really use some prayers.. my dad passed December 16th. We still don’t know all the details around his passing but I’ve been so numb and overwhelmed and it’s effecting my head space my children and my marriage. My dad fought a lot of demons and that portrayed on the way he raised to me. But at the end of the day he’s my dad. This video made me cry, smile and I actually got my dishes done that I haven’t touched in a long time. I have you to thank for helping me clean my kitchen so thank you for being a light for me in my dark days bri🖤❤️

I've been battling depression I am a homemaker also an up coming youtuber. I just love how humble you area and so warm and caring towards others. But being a military wife and mom of 2 girls has been really hard on me since I gave birth to my 2nd child who is now 18 months old I can never find the motivation to get up and do what I need to do so I started watching these cleaning videos to help me get that motivation back especially as a home maker and watching your video and others have given me a idea to revamp my entire channel and channel name and do record things that'll help other women like me. I would love to get some advice from you if you dont mind.... if there is an email I can reach you at that would be wonderful.

@@BeingBetter yes it really is no family husband is always gone having to make new friends at every duty station and some of the wives think they better then you based off rank so its hard to make friends It gets lonely sometimes.
I tend to tackle Christmas undecorating the second week of January through the end. It takes me forever to put it up and take it down. It’s so bittersweet. Re: toy management - we take big Costco bins, usually 4 at a time, and make the kids go through their playroom and choose what they want to donate. We literally did it 4 times in 2019 and are due for another round pretty soon. It’s nice because it makes them evaluate what they love, encourages sentimental value and shows us what’s a waste of money.

As someone who has lived with MS for over 37 years, I can tell that although I did not know your father personally, he was a fighter. We have to be. Started following Brittani & Jeff after hearing the horrible news of her son. My heart just breaks for them. What a god awful experience. I don’t even have the word that would give them any sort of comfort. So I just literally pray for them asking for peace & comfort as they go through the most horrible experience a parent could have. I hope you were able to enjoy your holidays. I know it was bittersweet since you lost your dad earlier this year. It’s so hard losing people we love. I wish I had your energy & creativity. Toy tip! Talk to your kids about donating and how other kids need toys. Then let them go through and choose what they want to keep and what they can give to other kids. My kids totally surprised me with this and gave WAY more than I would’ve. They were so excited thinking about making other kids happy with their toys. Anyhoo, just a thought😉❤️

Toy storage - IKEA Trofast for your basement. They have many pieces and shapes and kid friendly lids. My daughter just turned 5 and she now knows where things go and can put them away. Literally game changer. Also rotate big toys to storage and then each month a new big toy to play with. My last idea is a huge Rubbermaid him in storage - I collect toys - fill it up - that I think aren’t used enough or I don’t particularly like 😉 and then if they don’t ask about them - in 6 months it gets donated. If they do, I pull them out of the tote and give them back! This has worked well. Toy storage and organization is something I enjoy!
Really like the fact that you do not only show how you decorate but also how you undecorate! Love the minimal, natural look! Your house is gorgeous without all the ribbons and bows too.
Regarding the toys: I would keep the majority in a closet or in the basement and have him play with 10 - 15 pieces at a time. Swap them every few weeks. It'll also tell you what your kids are most passionate about, because if you swap out one you for another and they ask you where it is, they must really enjoy playing with it / playing with that type of toy. I take my decorations down the day after. As much as I love the decorations, once Christmas is over I'm just done with it until next year. BTW I love your videos. You are so positive and motivational. I just love you.

Gonna start de-decorating myself now 😄 When my kids where younger I used to have pictures on the storage boxes of what toys were supposed to be in there (train rails, duplo, doll clothes and so on). That made it easier for them to get the toys they wanted to play with and put it back where it was supposed to be 😊

I would go through my 4 year old toys before santa got here and told her lets pick 10 toys to donate to less fortunate kids. Then we go and donate them at a assitance legae or a place that takes toy donations. Teaches her to share and give to the the less fortunate. We always purge before christmas and in summer. I also watch what she doesen't play with much and when she is gone or not around me i put it in the back of the car and donate it. I would love to see more time management and routines for 2020. I hate routines and now that my daughter has been diganosed with sensory processing disorder I need to get on a routine!! Ugh but it would help my life go more smothly and I also think i am ADD which I will be going to the doctors and getting it checked out. Because I can't stay on task for the life of me!! Prayers for brittany and her family so sad for her loss ..I need just a prayer I lost my dad in Oct and I'm a care taker my mom has dementia sometimes I feel so loss ..I had to leave my job thanks guys
