the thing is,
meal prep isn't hard
The meal prep PREP is hard
because you have to do research about foods, make good (tasting) meals, get the right amounts, buy them, (can't buy too much or some will go bad)
And your videos are the holy grail, by making all the prep for the meal prep for us.
I only cook with frozen food.
That way I can’t buy to much, I just throw what’s left in the freezer.
and also the fact that some people suck at cooking or are simply too lazy to prep it
This is the way
Frozen veg+fruit typically retains higher nutrient values because they're preserved( flash frozen, w.e ) typically right after they ripen.
Whereas, "fresh" sits around for longer.
(Fck buying frozen meat though)
Exactly
An air fryer has completely revolutionized the game of meal prep. So much meat can be cooked in very little time in contrast to pan frying and it’s way less mess in the end.
I love my ninja foodie grille xl. It’s fantastic and has cut my meal prep times in half!

Just as you sent me into the world, I am sending them into the world.
-John 17:18-
As we go out to invade our culture with the good news of Jesus Christ, we must recognize that we are behind enemy lines. We’re in a hostile environment. For the most part, people are not always supportive of or receptive to what we have to say.
Without question this is a tricky balance. But here are the words of Jesus in a prayer that only He could pray to the Father. Referring to us, His followers, Jesus said, “I’m not asking you to take them out of the world, but to keep them safe from the evil one. . . . Just as you sent me into the world, I am sending them into the world”
(John 17:15, 18)
Did you catch that? Jesus said that He’s sending us into the world. Yet the Bible warns us that we shouldn’t be conformed to this world.
In 1 John 2:15-16 we read, “Do not love this world nor the things it offers you, for when you love the world, you do not have the love of the Father in you. For the world offers only a craving for physical pleasure, a craving for everything we see, and pride in our achievements and possessions. These are not from the Father, but are from this world”
Yet Jesus said He was sending us into the world. So how does this work?
The apostle Paul shed some light on this for us. Writing to the believers in Corinth he said, “When I wrote to you before, I told you not to associate with people who indulge in sexual sin. But I wasn’t talking about unbelievers who indulge in sexual sin, or are greedy, or cheat people, or worship idols. You would have to leave this world to avoid people like that”
(1 Corinthians 5:9-10)
In another passage, Paul spoke of becoming all things to all people (see 1 Corinthians 9:19-22). The idea is that we want to influence the world-and not have the world influence us.

It depends on the food and preparation, as they’ll usually last up to around a week doing this.

Efficiency is a godsend
I like this guy. He's not a douche bag like a lot of gym guys you see.
Most gym guys aren't douche bags, I promise. It's just easy to see them that way
Seems genuine
A lot of people in the gym aren't dickheads. The people who go to the gym just to workout aren't there for you and just want to get their daily fix of iron. The people who aren't there to workout, you'll notice instantly, but if you just keep to your workout, everyone will respect you. The only people who aren't respectful are the ones thinking that "most guys are douchebags in the gym"
@@TheDiamondSkye makes you come off as dismissive, and quite possibly unaware. There's plenty of gym douches who aren't aware they're douches, that's the nature of an asshole after all. But what I do think is happening, is the sort of confirmation bias that occurs in all sorts of situations. Like, say, people's views on marriage, "Most marriages end badly!" They say that because TV and media puts the trashiest relationships up front and center for entertainment, or we gossip about bad couples. But what they forget is that there's more than 50% of marriages that are perfectly healthy, but because they are healthy, they are quiet. And so we don't acknowledge them. Same for the gym. The majority of people are there for gains, but when you've got loud knuckleheads, they stick out to you, not the hundreds of other people that faded into the background during your other workouts.

Unpopular opinion: I watch Daddy Noel’s shorts twice to see what loop he’s got in store today
This guy is a legend, he deserves a prize
I could immediately tell this was an old video by how much you've grown over the past years. And it's an impressive feat for anyone to have grown this much.
pls Noel, don't die. You are a great inspiration.
The perfect video as I drink my coffee and psych myself up to do my weekly meal prep haha! It gives me so much freedom during the week to do it once a weekend
“You know when you do that thing where you cook 8 meals in 30 minutes, no one wants to see that” 🤣
Ultimate alpha move right there
He holds his hands together because if he were to ever seperate them for no longer than 10 seconds, the universe will explode.
He holds the universe in his very hands.
He is the god that holds our universe in check.
The father figure we never had,i salute daddy Noel...this man is a crusader helping lost souls
I love this guy so much
The strongman dude: That's just 1 meal!
“Rice cooker and a steamer”
Me, an Asian: *I am 4 parallel universes ahead of you*
Edit: ok I forgot about this comment but I might have confused some people. I’m south-Asian from India
Also me, a cheap south east asian: *uses the steam from the boiling rice to steam vegetables*
@@tunasandwich8049 that is so Me 🤣
Aren’t they all the same? I swear we make dumplings in the rice cooker.

Glad to see a body builder who isn't scared of seasoning their food
Finally, some good CZcams shorts..
How? Literally in what way?? Its like saying avengers is the best movie of all time without having ever watched anything rated higher than that movie....
@@CantEscapeFlorida I don't have to explain anything to you...
*Karen*
That's a solid two or three meals on a bulk or someone with high TDEE (with the exception of the massive amount of rice)
Believe it or not right, (I know this is going to be earth shattering for you) but you can add more beef and fish to the pans…i know I know, crazy isn’t it🤦♂️
This man's a all-rounder
You don’t need to buy a whole other steamer gadget. You likely already have what need. Now a rice cooker? Definitely get that.
When noel shows rice cooker
Uncle Roger be like: ahhh a fellow man of the rice culture I see
This is the 3rd loop video he's made. 👌
People: You can't make a perfect loop short for meal prep.
Noel: Hold my Proteinshake...
Don’t fvcking steal my name
I honestly enjoy cooking and prepping my meals it's kind of like soothing and stress-relieving to me and I wish it actually took longer, 30 minutes to make 5 minutes to eat
What about "i wanna eat well but im broke as fuck" 😂
