Chhattisgarhi food with Noneeecooks | Garima Tiwari X The local guide

In this episode of the local guide, we will explore the Chhattisgarhi food with Noneecooks who is Garima Tiwari who is also known as Noneecooks (@noneeecooks) in Chhattisgarh. I interacted with Noneecooks on Instagram When I started posting videos on Chhattisgarh which is apparently the hometown of both of us.

This episode was planned two years ago but due to Corona and other situations it kept postponing but finally, we were able to shoot and cover so many dishes which are really famous in Chhattisgarh.

1. Angakar roti (Paan roti) with Patal chutney (made from chirpoti tomato)
2. Poi bhaji with moong dal bari
3. Bijori, Lai bari, rice papad
4. Tivra far ka bhatkar
5. Reher dal
We will also visit the farm and see some exotic plants and a historic temple.
