Question- Why did one quarter graded at a lower grade sell for $700 while the quarter with the higher grade sell for less? Also, how is that you know the one quarter with the off center planchet is a 1995 with only the number 5 showing?

The 92 and 94s Phillies have doubling on the branches below the eagle on the reverse. I think they are fairly common. Thanks

It stands for where the coin was minted. D-Denver mint, P-Philadelphia mint, S-San Francisco mint. Alot of the time no mint mark is a Philadelphia too
