Definitely agree with Tom. Starbucks is essentially fastfood, and people who nit-pick on preparation and ingredients at any fastfood location need to make their own meals instead of expect minimum wage employees to prepare their gourmet, five-star meal at a junk-food drive through.

I'll say it. Starbucks is extremely over-priced brown water at best and they should be happy anyone is willing to work for such a self centered business.

No? Alright then. Josh needs life experience. Perhaps a fast food job is in order. Just so he can gain experience which proves that a good majority of customers are wrong far more often than they will ever be correct.
The guy who ordered that drink at Starbucks should be in jail and should get a huge beat down. Can't believe I'm saying this but I'm with Tom here.
If we could order something which would extend Josh's workday, he would not hold such a strong position on this topic. Because as soon as he defended such a ridiculous coffee order, I would have placed my own 4.5 hour order. lol
I've noticed that a lack of life experience causes many to feel entitled to behave in any manner they chose, while throwing tantrums any time they can not get what they want the second they want it.
You can fit a lot of flannel shirts and boxed wine in a Subaru.
I cant stand Tom (Thank God for Chick, Christy and Josh). However, i completely agree with Tom on the guy ordering his drink.
I love Tom!!!
He is a bit self-righteous, but he's also a good person with a great sense of humor.
