it was 17 years old, this was 3rd gen serie iq, first serie iq ever had drum light, timer etc, basically bosch silence series. the motor bearings were loud it didnt need new carbon brushes
@@BOSCHCLASSIXX1200 I have iq 1434 in shed still working did have new drum and pump and motor in the 10 years warranty it had at the time love the big screen still better quality than some of these new ones
@@sejautie mine was the last models of this gen, made in 2005. it had spinwash programming and everything, ngl i kind of miss it but it wasnt really worth saving, it needed new spider, new drum, new bearings, new main pcb and new motor pcb. it was basically dead
@@BOSCHCLASSIXX1200 think 2004 model they also did 1800 spin I have the Siemens brochure 2002 and 2004 which is mine they used carbon brushes on motor's I got the Siemens iq700 Ido's never had problem even the iq770 heat pump dryer 9 years I had them no problems with so they been good machines

Love the Bosch HomeProfessional, althought I'm thinking on a Hoover H-Wash 500 because of the expensive price the Bosch is but I still like it.

The Siemens is about 20 years old there best machine at the time there first iq series remember there motors are carbon it might need changing?
