I'm sorry, I'm also a Christian, but I thought that the thumbnail would be alright if the innocent Elizabeth was shown in the right in the thumbnail. In the end, I didn't think through the decision enough. I changed the thumbnail (today), but I'm not sure if the change has been showing up. Please let me know if it is changed. Yeah, not many in this trend do. I personally don't headcanon that Elizabeth was the "favorite child" because it doesn't really match up with how she's presented in the games and books.

Which, is better than nothing, but we're not given a reason why. When did this dislike start? After William sent Michael essentially to his death or before it? And why this change of heart if he did have one? Before Elizabeth's character was assassinated and forced into the role of being William's non-romantic Harley Quinn, it's implied that she didn't like William. Elizabeth brutally kills Michael under the impression that he's her father, and attempts to manipulate him the whole time thinking that he's, again, William. We're not given an exact reason for her, too, but it's not too hard to guess why. For CC, though, we have NOTHING to go off. It's sad honestly. I relate to him with how he's sensitive because I'm extremely sensitive as well. I digress, though. But, yeah, it would have been nice to know what each of them thought of William and each other in more depth.

I've never seen a Gacha creator even acknowledge the 4th closest before. Probably because it conflicts with the "Elizabeth favorite child" headcannon.
Yeah, not many in this trend do. I personally don't headcanon that Elizabeth was the "favorite child" because it doesn't really match up with how she's presented in the games and books.
@@KatieTheBookOsbessedNerd I don't think William had a favorite child at all, though if he did it would most likely be Bite Victim out of anyone.
@@iamthemouse4483 I agree. He doesn't seem like the type to pick favorites. Though, if he did have one, it probably would have been CC (like you said) because of how independent and probably manipulable (I get the feeling he would have been manipulated easily) he was. It would have been nice to get more screen time of the Aftons together as a family in the canon.
@@KatieTheBookOsbessedNerd What I would have liked is screentime specifically between Will and his kids, to see what they think of him, and what he thinks of them. (No Mrs.Afton, though, because depending on who's writing her, she's either my favorite or least favorite character with very little gradient in between, and that dichotomy is too funny for me to ask for it to change.)
@@iamthemouse4483 Yeah, that would have been nice. Though, we kinda did get that for Michael in Elizabeth, just not a lot. Michael's voice lines from SL implied that he didn't like him. Which, is better than nothing, but we're not given a reason why. When did this dislike start? After William sent Michael essentially to his death or before it? And why this change of heart if he did have one? Before Elizabeth's character was assassinated and forced into the role of being William's non-romantic Harley Quinn, it's implied that she didn't like William. Elizabeth brutally kills Michael under the impression that he's her father, and attempts to manipulate him the whole time thinking that he's, again, William. We're not given an exact reason for her, too, but it's not too hard to guess why. For CC, though, we have NOTHING to go off. It's sad honestly. I relate to him with how he's sensitive because I'm extremely sensitive as well. I digress, though. But, yeah, it would have been nice to know what each of them thought of William and each other in more depth.

Btw, I don't think everything about the new Stereotypical Elizabeth is bad, I just think it's overused. The new Stereotypical Elizabeth is willing to do anything for her father, including murder; She's a bit hot-headed (she snaps at people constantly) and is supposed to seem manipulative, but fails. She hates literally everyone but her father. The only thing she lives for is her father's approval and she's truly "angsty".
