Just do a podcast in general and talk about whatever. Because that's literally what all of the Yogscast is like. Somedays it'll be a Horror Podcast cause you guys want to talk about that. Some days it'll be a normal film. Some days it may not even be a movie, you know what I mean?
Grennyyyyy1 Well an entry level card like a 1050 goes up to 4gb. It's just surprising to see because even a Titan XP only has 12gb so I'm guessing they have quadro cards in their rigs.
what was the role playing system tom mentioned around 2:27:00 it sounded like he said "girps" but when i looked that up it just gave me various role playing stuff around girls in google

Almost all of Tom's complaints about D&D, most DM's worth a damn dont fucking do. Most DMs write it into the story, them training or communing with their deity or studying ancient books from long dead super-mages, to learn their new shit when they level. Also people picking classes that make sense with races is not min maxing, it's obvious. Orcs are fighters because orcs love to fight. They dont sneak they dont cast spells, they fucking kill people. Dwarves are sturdy as fuck, and often theistic, they are very fucking often clerics or paladins because of that. Races do what they are best at, not people. Do you also hate the LOTR movies because Gimli is a sturdy fighter, all the orcs are fighters, Legolas is an archer? fuck me you really shit the bed with your hate tom!
Tom clearly needs better roleplayers:D in one of my groups, i play this barbarian thats so afraid of his own angry side, that all he does in combat is pleading for the enemies to give up whilst two-handing his shield and taking dodge actions, which is working amazingly! i know some people are min-maxers, but theres a lot of good roleplayers that stick to their character, even if it wouldnt be beneficial;)
Tom I really feel is comparing apples and oranges. He's comparing short one-off RPGs with one that can last for literal years, yes I understand you can do one-shots but I feel it excels in campaigns. The long time scale of a story that develops overtime brings D&D 5e much more to life than a oneshot, this could even be said for a west marches campaign either in terms of it showing how good D&D 5e can be in my opinion. I disagree with Milly, I think as Simon said he's just being quite cynical about it. While yes there can be problems those will exist in any RPG. I think in the examples Tom gave the problem seemed to be more the people than the system.
