I steam 2 percent instead of whole milk … I put my steam temp up as high as it can go .. and purge as per the manual . Listen for the high pitched squeal for a couple of seconds and then put the steam want in deeper and watch for the turbulence .. heat until it’s hot to touch . Try pouring into another pitcher first and back again .. and practice practice practice
Ive seen so many of these videos latley , i wonder am i too part of the fetishism of coffee and the processes of making coffee? And is capitalism now highly reliant on this sort of fetish? You have thousands of pounds worth of equipment just for making 1 coffee. That seems very unsustainable.
