The exploiter would have to make a bypass script which probably wouldn't even be possible. *In simple terms, an exploiter can't really access staff-only characters or scripts.* That would most likely require powerful FE executors (if yall know what that means) that cost money. Most, if not, all FE executors either cost money, are outdated, or don't work anymore. Also, pay attention to the fact none of the Twisteds chase Dandy even if he's right next to them, I'm pretty sure even an exploiter wouldn't be able to do that. Exploiters cannot affect maps or NPCs themselves. And all exploiters can only do simple things (if y'all remember that "Godten" video) like flying or noclipping and stuff. And I don't think even an FE executor or normal executor is capable of turning you into a playable Dandy without any glitches or abnormalities. As seen in the video, Dandy is perfectly normal and functions properly. You see how the person playing as Dandy has a name that's literally called Dandy, right? There's a big chance that's a staff member playing on an alt/test account. They could've gone on their main so people wouldn't suspect them being a hacker, which is weird, but yeah. Check dandy7181's friend list. There's a chance a staff member is on that list. The wiki is pretty misleading since it literally says it was a hacker without looking at the contradictory facts. (Also don't bother saying "I ain't reading allat" I only wanted to share my own thoughts LOL. If you're that lazy enough just look at the words in bold.)
My only push back is if its dandy themself that has them be invincible although it would be pretty bad for a testing character to be op as it's supposed to be for testing so idk
