We had to visit Phed Mark, a restaurant owned by the famous @MarkWiens to try his version of spicy Pa Krapow. We tried the wagyu and the pork variation. we were not disappointed. It's a great experience and definitely something worth doing when visiting or passing through Bangkok Thailand. Food in Bangkok is unbelievably good and this visit was both tasty and fun. Thank you @MarkWiens we enjoyed every last bite... apart from Eleise.

Hello Eleise, your boy was game to eat spicy food. Eleise the mistake you made when you had that spoon full with the red chilli on top. It wasn't the chilli that was hot. It is the seeds. Always keep milk handy. If you find the food spicy and hot. Have a sip of milk but do not swallow it. Keep it in your mouth for a few seconds and the hot flavour will vanish.Cheers.

We heard a lot of negative reviews about the food... but to us it was one of the best pad Krapows we had in Thailand! Level 5 was a bit much though 😂😂 🖤

Good evening Lawrence,Eleise and little Nye, how brave yet foolish of you to try level 2 heat then level 5!! I think sometimes too much chill for us westerners is overpowering, milk, drinking yoghurt or fruit can help, amazed little Nye tried it. Think Wagyu is prized for its fat content, Japanese organic beef, highly prized, take care guys✌🏼🐮🍔🥩🍻

For some reason Nyh really enjoys odd flavours, maybe a bit spicy or something with a strange aftertaste.
That's what i understood Wagyu to be but i didn't think they would sell it for this cheap if it was a Wagyu Cow?
