I love how Italians always put stress on the ending of their words. Cause in italian like 98% of the words end with a vowel so their not used to consonants. It's so cute.
Haha exactly
Mahmood you should be more confident in your English! This was so much better than having a translator in the wiwiblog interview! Your true colours came through here.... your kindness and thoughtfulness. Keep practising your English and you'll get very fluent in no time!
mimmi brontola he’s good now!
What does he mistake in english,he speak very well
I am very proud to be represented by Alessandro MAHMOOD go Italy🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹
Mahmood your english is ok and we love you ! Thanks ❤
This song needs to win.
He’s gaining confidence and I hope from now on he will speak English by himself. You did a great job making him comfortable. We Italians generally speak a broken English and we know that everybody know we speak a broken English so we are defensive. 💜
Si ma lui lo parla bene, ha una buona pronuncia
Mat sì infatti, è che a volte non gli vengono le parole, ma quello ci sta.
I get what you mean, but most of the rest of the non-English speaking world speaks broken English as well, so there's no need to be defensive :)
Certo che si,non capisco perche la polemica
I'm in love with his accent XDD
@realgabrieldc Vietnam :3 I think it's pretty obvious when u look at my name :v
He sounds REALLY gay.
@@maxkho00 gay or not it doesn't matter. I'm not homophobic.
@@nguyethuynh11 Yep, just confirmed, he is actually gay. Idk, I am very surprised, I did NOT think he was gay upon first watching the music video for Saldi lol.
@@maxkho00 sorry but when I read "saldi" instead of "soldi" , I laughed so much😂
"Saldi" means discounts and the real meaning (soldi) is money😂
Some english knowledge,great job Mahmood👏👏👏
He's just the greatest,i would love to see him or Duncan winning!!!
Great interview and he’s good enough in English on his own
Yaaaas come thru English 😍👑🖤 I'd rather listen to Mahmood give some short English replies to the questions than hear him say something deep in Italian and get the interpreter's basic translation in English
So agree!
Oh so our darling Alessandro CAN speak English , im feeling like a proud mom lol
We love you dear and cant wait to see you in Tel Aviv on the big stage, im sure you gonna shine!
hugs from Ukraine:)
What a lovely interview, he had been quite the mystery to me but Mahmood seems like such a warm and great guy. Best of luck from The Netherlands!
Yes he' s charming boy, always very nice, lovely and humble
Much better in english! Go ahead Mahmood! Winner!
Mahmood also wrote e successfull song "HOLA" for Marco Mengoni ( participant from Eurovision 2013 )
Jessica Luciani oh wow I had no idea. Thanks for sharing this. Hola is such a beautiful song.
@@The1sista Yes it ist a very beautiful song. You're welcome!
His English is so much better then expected, he really doesn't need a translator. It's actually really good
Forza Mahmood! 🇮🇹 🇮🇹 So glad you had the opportunity to interview him and his performance was incredible! 👏🏻👏🏻
Man's got vibes.
Yeah U2 unow 😍😍😍😍😄😄😄😄
Mahmood your english is good!!
"Is a jub that suck three years of my life" (with a strong italian accent) Mahmood ti amo 😂😂😂
yessssssssssss come on English!!!!!!!!!!!! well done Mahmoud, love him so so much!!!!!! xxxx
This is the Mahmood we italians have learnt to know and love in those last months! Somehow he looked a bit difensive in other interviews. The interviewer was able to break the language barrier and nailed it! Hope you people will appreciate this precious boy as much as we do. He deserves all the success he'll get.
I hope Mahmood wins Eurovision
He gots to win !
Mahmood you’re doing a great job trying to communicate in English 💕 keep learning it and speaking your mind. We admire you and your talent! Forza Italia! Good luck from Germany 🇩🇪
He’s quite cute tho
jaja jaja oh no doubt about that 😆
@@jajajaja1625 Sorry to disappoint you, but he's gay
Best interview with 👑 Mahmood by far. Kudos to you man 👋👋👋
Vai Mahmood!🇮🇹
After watching another interview where he had an interpreter, I'm really surprised how good his English is. Hope he does well.
Sean Andre Harding all the others contestants speak english so..
@@alexandralupascu3644 but it's also true that it's more surprising to see an Italian speak English than others
Luca Cantalice haha true
@@alexandralupascu3644 I'm Italian, btw
Luca Cantalice ma va? L ho capito subito dal nome
Vai Alessandro Complimenti Vai meglio con l'inglese di Fabrizio Moro l'anno scorso siamo tutti con te Grazie per l'intervista

Ammazza quanto parla bene inglese. Alessandro non hai bisongo di qualcuno che traduce per te.

I'm Italian and I'm glad you interviewed our representative for this year's Eurovison, thanks for interviewing Mahmood and for your enthusiasm for the song "Soldi", we hope you bring us luck for a good placement in this eurovision song contest 2019.
After seen all the interviews with him yours was the best. You had a great questions and make him to understand that he is a favourite. Good job :)
he is gorgeous ! love his song !
Why does he speak in English and with others not? xD
He loves you I know xD
Grande Mahmood! Forza Italia!
MAHMOOD! I want that shirt. oh you are the best! well done on nice interview
English with "sardo-italian" accent. Great Alessandro!
ehm no, trust me, it's just italian accent (Milan), any sardinian accent.
His accent is so cute ...
great interview. forza mahmood! rome esc 2020
Mahmood❤️
Omg😍😍
Lol, deep South_milan English accent. Bella Ale!!!
He is so cute!
he's such a lovely person and artist, definitely my favourite at this Eurovision and also my favourite artist overall, love his music
If you look up some other interview with him, you'll see his own translator(even though he could understand the interviewers) . Italian people in general struggle to speak English because its grammar and its lexicon are conpletely different from the Italian ones
Hot duo 🔥
Please come to Australia after Eurovision!
Пупсичег мой!!!!)) He is my love!
Hi eurovoxx and I thank you for this video, I thank you for this interview ! Such a beautiful italian accent. And vote for Italy. Certo !
Nice)
Everyone pronounces his name with a silent h. I thought it sounded more like MaKHhmood, a very hard-sounding h.
PS: My hubby Andy looks so cute as always 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Because in Italian H is silent!
Also it's silent because Alessandro said the name refers to the english slang word, Mah =my...
'My mood' basically.
@@0o0Vanilla0o0 in english it would be a bit more emphasized than in italian, where is completely silent
So he does speak English? In an wiwibloggs interview he was speaking in Italian lol. Guess he has his favourite Eurovision channel
Maybe he had been thought that a translator could help him to express something deeper, before he have listened to her in the wiwi interview.
@@BaloonBleu BOY WAS HE WRONG
He has taste 😌
He probably translated the translator immediately
Vai Allesandro mi raccomando ☘☘☘☘💖
Dudeee he speaks better English than the translators lmao
But I understand that English is difficult for him because you can see in his Italian interviews he talks so much faster
He is so endearing that he even makes me appreciate the italian accent. rsrsrsrsrs
winner
He’s sooooo HOT
Bex lush bobita
I adore him .... but what's up with Jaws
I couldn't stop smiling for the cringe. A good cringe of course. Go Mahmood, make us all proud!
During interviews he looks very stressed. In part because he isn't used to speak english, but expecially because we Virgos always fear a lot the judge of people; that fear depresses us and takes our energies.
Yes, that day he was very v tired and also sick, the girl of escxtra during the live in the afternoon said he wasn't well and was having problems also with his voice...
@@user-ou2ys9uc2u ok here he can be also sick and tired, but I see he's never relaxed during interviews, also with italian journalists. Probably he has an introverted personality. He tries to show himself more expansive and sunny like other contestants but that's hard for his nature.
@@mirko6872 yes I think as you he hes a little bit introverted and melancholic, but in interviews he usually is very nice, I've seen a lot of interview he did in Italy and he is known to be always nice and lovely...
The press in sanremo loved him so much even because he's always very nice with people also during interviews, I put the link to the press conference he did the first days of Sanremo, I don't know if you can put subtitles but you can noticed he's very relaxed and at the end sings his song, very captivating...
The day in London he was really tired, I think he's working too much, in a few days in Italy he'll begin his tour and he never stops to rest and relax a little bit...
