The pump priced at $79 is Not performing well, especially when needing to pump at a higher pressure 30+ psi, dramatic slowdown on the pump... A price of $49 is more reasonable, in my opinion.

The nice part about the syncwire ive noticed is that if you have issues with leaking air when removing it you could set your psi to a half measurement to compensate the lost air from removing the syncwire. If yknow what i mean.
For your friends R1m with the throttle slack. There is a post on the r1-forum by a guy called R1mG titled "2021 r1m throttle relearn". The thread shows how you can remove the slack/play in the throttle before it revs which makes it feel less on/off and strange. Id recommend checking that out if hes interested in fixing the issue!
I'm curious what track day organization is this? I'll be heading that way in the near future and have found like 5 different, but don't know which one is the best recommended one. This one seems like it's a free for all, where you can enter the track whenever during your session? I noticed the stickers so there's obviously levels (novice, intermediate, advance) but I haven't noticed any Control Riders on track. Or at least no one with a vest.

Adobo question.. On the R6 The left grip is it intentionally that far away from the inside of the clip on base? Is it like that to correct hand positioning so that the hand isn't all the way up against the inside of the bar?
@512460 I think you are seeing an optical illusion, it looks far away because the stock controls for lights ,horn ect are no longer there. But on the throttle side you have the master cylinder and on/off controls still present.
You're a legend after you said this I revisited the video and you're absolutely correct it's the fact that the switch gear isn't there anymore and notably I now noticed the black section where I believe the switch gear use to sit on. @@garrybannister3237
@@adobomoto I own 2011 r1 it had the same noise at start up for 2-3 seconds and then it sounded normal. I was told there was a chance of chain skipping teeth at that moment so i just ordered APE manual cam chain tensioner (got it used from ebay for like 30$) installed it and no more cct noise. Also after i inspected the hydraulic tensioner the thingy that extends and retracts was loose.
Missing all the apexes, blowing corners, adding throttle at max lean, letting off the gas before the finish line, crashing, fuckin amateur hour out there

I just did a track day last weekend at UMC (Utah). The issue you were having with the tires spinning... you got the wrong tires. If you were running racing slicks, that definitely wouldn't have happened. I run the Dunlop Q5 and those do REALLY good on track and they're DOT also. I also saw a lot of guys running the Pirelli Diablo SC0 and SC1. Upgrade your tires and you'll upgrade your time on the track.
