This is my story... I never gave up no matter how much i fell... I remember i went on a 5day prayer and fasting for something and on the 4th day i fell into my addictions within my fast... I felt really felt bad but i continued my fasting and prayer On the 5th day i was telling a friend how i dont think i did a good job fasting and immediately my speech was countered by a voice within me saying "who are you to call your own fast unholy" i was so shocked but i was rejoicing At the end of the fast i got everything i prayed for and received marvelous confirmations of what i prayed for, I'll never forget
Thats how i feel, i judge myself and say i am not worthy to pray/call on God. "The prayer of a sinner is an abomination! The more you stay away the more it worsens. Running back to the God of mercy

But that's folly. When we are weak is when we need God the most and should run to Him the fastest You can overcome by the power of the spirit and the words of God, in the company of believers and under the right authority. I want you to note every point I just mentioned. Notice I didn't even say prayer yet right? While that's important, the other points I mentioned are the processes that lead to SANCTIFICATION, and that's what you're seeking and what the Lord wants to give Can we talk more on this?
The Bible said the righteous falleth 7 times, note he didn't say the sinner, he said the righteous. John Said if any one falls short we have an advocate a propitiation wit the father
You can't be more righteous than Jesus has made u.....as a Christian u take upon the righteousness of christ...no amount of good can make u righteous than Christ made you....just walk continually daily with him .....study your bible

Thank you so much for this word Sir. It is a word that is necessary for all times and seasons. The deliverance people (born-again Christians) tend to seek is actually found in refusing to stay down and dirty (this is what the accuser of the brethren wants and does by the way) and to commit to and submit to any soft whisper of the Spirit that comes to your mind when those things which easily trips them up comes into their minds. It's interesting how sad and dirty one feels after slipping. We also at such times genuinely do not want to ever slip again and desire to be restored to our pre-sinful act state, but this is only till another temptation comes by and it seems as though we develop amnesia and forget the emotional rollercoaster we went through. May we find grace to battle the ones we need to battle out and the wisdom to remember how dirty falling the last time felt so that we may run and embed ourselves in His presence for it is if we sin we have an advocate and not when we sin. That means it is optional to fall. May we never live lives where we do not live the Up life we tell others to live cos of our secret weaknesses.

I thought I could do it by human power, tried drugs, went on strict diet, went vegetarian to some point, took a habit in extreme exercising, mastered meditation and yoga, read so many books, I wanted my addiction gone but it didn't really work out, then I found the God, I found the great healer, I know he is doing it already. What has helped me greatly is godly company, also getting rid of things that stir up the desire in you ( it could be music, movies and even social media and books I would like to talk more if you don't need.
Don't let sin receive you as hebrew 3 vs 13 says....... Christ died for ur sins and came to make u perfect.....he knows of your imperfections no good you will do today to become more righteous than Jesus has made you.just believe in Jesus and he will help u perfect
