I just watched this video and it's the day before the new moon. I did take notice that I have been feeling restless, started cleaning and also have more energy like all of the things you mentioned but I also feel like upset and not grounded like I recently was feeling pretty good over the past few weeks (For once I feel grounded even though I've been busy back in college, etc I felt good and positive). The moon affects me a lot sometimes. This moon I feel is stirring things up for me A LOT!
I sense the changes a few days before and I often say what is it a full moon or going to be a different moon soon like whenever I see people's moods or behavior change including my own. It's very important to take note of these things so it's really awesome that you mentioned all of this in the video. Sometimes if I don't remember or just not aware what type of moon it is, I get anxiety especially if I don't realize why I am feeling different things or if my behavior or mood changes.

I subscribed to you months ago but I don't always have time to watch them all so I save them on my you tube playlists. I like how when you post a specific video that relates to a date or moon phase or whatever it is, it's like you reminding me of things that I need to do or prepare to do.
To clarify, I am saying I definitely can relate to your videos. I'm like ok yeah that's why I've been cleaning things over the past few days and I even felt my chakras shift like noticing certain chakra areas such as the three you mentioned those areas have been extremely sensitive over the past few days for me. I hope my comment here helps other people that watch your videos (if they had any doubts) because you are straight on with this new moon thing.
To me, everything feels heightened and stirred up (But I do notice that when there is significant change in the phase of the moon it's not always for the better)
I feel it so much that I'm not sure where to channel this energy or how to deal with it so I started listening to specific chakra meditation videos this morning for the solar plexus and the root chakra like you had mentioned it.
Also you mentioned cleaning which ironically yesterday and today I was cleaning my electronics, dusting and packing things and also my printer, etc.. (my electronics)
So keep on doing what you do here with these helpful tips, your readings and these cool little spells and rituals.

Sounds amazing. Is it changes in energy of the planet. I have been going more without makeup too. Even LOVE my grey hair thats growing in. I just feel more relaxed and confident in me as I am.
I Love grey hair! I wish one day I could have a head of thick grey hair. I find it so beautiful. My grandma has grey hair and she hates it. I always joke with her that I wish mine will turn grey too and she thinks I'm crazy lol
@@Sheetalc I use to think OMG when I found my first grey three days after my 30th Birthday. Then my younger sister got breast cancer at 34. She always says I am grateful to be alive to get grey hair. My baby sister is starting chemo on Tuesday for breastcancer. Loved ones being ill having fights like that to deal with makes you think about what use to seem important.
