LR2 / Freelander 2 and Forester off-roading

  • In this video DSC was on. Too easy. Obstacle is steeper than it looks and sandy. Terrain Response was set to Grass/Gravel/Snow because Traction Control is the most sensitive in this setting. The Subie had no issues at all, even on steeper and tougher obstacles. The soft sand required more power, which this Subie didn't have. On the second try, a bit of more momentum and the Subie went up on the first go. The owner of the Subie is trading up for the turbo edition, which has the same power as my Land Rover.

    what is the hp of the forester ? you said it did not have enough power

      I believe it's 170hp vs 240hp on the LR2

      That’s an old video.. 😂. Forester was fresh out of the dealership. It has since moved on to a new owner, no more dirt for her 🤷🏽‍♂️
