I can get my TV online Because my remote won't pair. I've tried to reset the remote, the batteries are fresh I can't get to the Home Screen and there are no Manuel buttons on the back of the TV

Dude these remotes are a nightmare to deal with I’ve went through three of them I’m pissed 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
1 year later and the OK button is the only button that doesn't work. Might as well replace the whole TV is the most durable button dies after 1 year and maybe 300 hours of watch time throughout the year.

But what do you do if the remote sends signals (without the user pushing any buttons) and you see the flash on your phone camera?

My LG C2 worked great until the last software update now my remote control works but no curser on screen it's literally gone from a magic remote to a dumb remote!
Tried everything to get it working also noticed i can't change my gaming settings or picture from standard it's locked, the TV had worked amazing until the last update now it's horrible wish id never bother with it!!
Also I'm feed up to back teeth with the stupid update all the time I have absolutely ZERO use for as i use the display with a pc and have no interest in forced advertising Freeview channels...
Going book a return vis Amazon paid extra for extra cover and the TV doesn't work the same as the TV I purchased thanks to the software downgrade that screws up EVERYTHING!!
