- There's still a little action in the tropics with one tropical wave south of Barbados and Tropical Depression #12 in the far eastern Atlantic. T.D. #12 is struggling to survive and will likely become a remnant low over the next day or so. The tropical wave is set to push into the eastern Caribbean and brush by Venezuela as it tracks west. It will likely make landfall Sunday around Nicaragua in Central America.

She saw it's south of Barbados, north of Caracas. But she didn't see it right on top of Trinidad and Tobago. 🤔
Half the American's don't even know that Trinidad and Tobago is a separate and english speaking country called Trinidad and Tobago ....Yeah

Hi Fox, the Two Islands that the Tropical Wave is on is an English Speaking Country called Trinidad and Tobago 🇹🇹 and NOT Venezuela...🙄
It literally passed over us Trinidad and Tobago, had severe flooding and we are not part of Venezuela. How all these weather channels dont know this?!??!?!

The flash flood today was real, the entire south portion of UWI was flooded today, it was so bad they cancelled classes for us for the rest of the day.😪

Like Barbados is the only country you know???? It pass over Trinidad and Tobago for your information where we had flooding and people die from this flooding 😒. You need to learn of some of the Caribbean Countries names 🙄

My brother was in southern Florida where the hurricane went through. He was just north of the storm and he said that after it went through that he drove his big work truck around looking for people trapped. Luckily he didn't find anything. But he wouldn't leave his house because there's always people breaking into the damaged homes stealing. They still don't have electricity and water so he has to boil all the water he has collected

Ramesha, Texas hardly get hurricanes or tropical storms during the fall season (late September and into October). Last hurricane to strike Texas in October was 1989 (Jerry). Last hurricane to strike Texas in late September was 2005 (Rita).
Even though Hurricane Delta technically hit Louisiana in October 2020. Its western side was more robust than its eastern side.And it did produce hurricane force winds in the golden triangle(Beaumont/Port Arthur region).
Late October saw Wilma hit Florida in 2005 and NY/NJ get Superstorm Sandy in 2012.
Anything might happen in Texas's.

Fox26 weather app is much better than The Weather Channel app. The Weather Channel always says it is going to rain in Katy yet there is no rain near Katy at all. Perhaps Katy just means Houston, so even if there is rain near League City on the opposite side of Houston, the Weather Channel app will still say "it is about to rain in Katy." Thanks for making the Fox26 weather app useful.
