- The Seven-Year Tribulation: Who Goes Through it & Why?
1. Israel because it is the time of Jacob’s troubles.
Jeremiah 30:7 (NKJV) Alas! For that day is great, So that none is like it; And it is the time of Jacob’s trouble, But he shall be saved out of it. [Note also Jeremiah 31].
2. The whole world.
Daniel 7:23 (NKJV) “Thus he said: ‘The fourth beast shall be a fourth kingdom on earth, Which shall be different from all other kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, trample it and break it in pieces.
Luke 21:35 (NKJV) For it will come as a snare on all those who dwell on the face of the whole earth.
Revelation 13:7 (NKJV) It was granted to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them. And authority was given him over every tribe, tongue, and nation.
Who Can be Saved During the Tribulation & How?
1. Anyone who calls on the Lord
Joel 2:32
And it shall come to pass
That whoever calls on the name of the LORD
Shall be saved.
For in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there shall be deliverance,
As the LORD has said,
Among the remnant whom the LORD calls.
Romans 10:13 For “whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved.”
2. Those who receive the love of truth
2 Thessalonians 2:10 and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
3. Those who are not deceived and do not take the mark of the Beast.
Revelation 14:9-11 Then a third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, “If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives his mark on his forehead or on his hand, 10 he himself shall also drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out full strength into the cup of His indignation. He shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. 11 And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever; and they have no rest day or night, who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name.”
Revelation 20:4 And I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was committed to them. Then I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God, who had not worshiped the beast or his image and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands. And they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.
What Lessons can Believers Today get from the Tribulation Coming?
1. The best preparation for the Tribulation is what I call Christ's Tribulation Survival Guide, which He taught in Luke 21.
Pre-Tribulation Survival Tips
Jesus gave us these words before the end of days before the tribulation arrived.
So, Luke 21 is a “Pre-Tribulation” Survival Guide. Whatever your view of the Tribulation: pre-, post, or not at all, this passage has powerful lessons for all believers. Don’t miss His great lessons because of a theologically different view of eschatology.
In Luke 21 we see the end of everyone’s life as it was. Time stops. Life ends. Nothing is the same again. Christ's Coming simply reveals what people have been all the time. Paul tells us later that "each man's work will become manifest, for the Day will disclose it" (1 Corinthians 3:13).
So either the Rapture, or our own death, or the Second Coming of Christ and the Tribulation that precedes it, will end life comfortably going on as we know it.
The dangers Jesus warned of are what His church has faced from the beginning. There have always been deceiving teachers, persecution, and disasters. But what He says is that each of these areas will increase and intensify as Christ's Coming draws near.

I’m an old man and child of our most High God and still weak up everyday in fear and trembling ! But I’m also very thankful he was so patient with me because when I was a much younger adult unsaved man I was crazy and always in trouble ! Let’s just say I totaled three cars and a motorcycle in a yrs and anyone who would’ve looked at anyone of those cars and that ole motorcycle would’ve thought to themselves there’s absolutely no way whoever was driving those vehicles didn’t die ! But he saved me ! After crashing my motorcycle I remember falling to my knees and looking into the sky and asking God to save me ! I remember saying God I don’t know why you continue to save me but you must have a reason, you must have a purpose for me. I never looked back and thank God he saved me from all my many sins !

April, 2025. The 13th. On a Jewish holiday The Essenes predict some type of event involving the Lord. It is the halfway point of tribulations. 2025 is going to be a wired year. In 2029 31/2 years later Apophis the destroyer is predicted to impact earth. Tom Horn is a good source, he has passed on, but, his words remain 😊😊 There is so much more to tell. Trump is going to have a hand in building the third temple also. The antichrist is soon to come. Pray you be found worthy to escape the things coming up on the his earth.

The more I pursue Truth the battle rages even more intensely. When I was going to confession as a Catholic I felt better but lived like hell.
Me too. I gave up being Catholic. I was left crying for the truth in my heart for 20 years.I looked into everything else, as in religions . All religions say they have the truth so I was left wondering what is the truth. I even asked the preacher how come, we weren’t born knowing the truth if there is one. So I met a Christian at work, a born-again Christian, and he told me to go cry out with all my heart to God to show me the truth and I found Chuck Missler in my CZcams feed and Jason Lyle and John MacArthur and now John Bartnett I I think God every day for answering my prayer. So that’s what I tell people cry out to God in earnest to show them what the truth is and he will.
I too have left the catholic church years ago. I was alienated by my aunts and uncles. I’ve always thought that something was wrong as we were taught to pray the rosary along with other prayers that weren’t to God Himself. It was the repetitious praying and idol worship. Our church actually has gargoyle looking faces on every post and beam throughout the church. Always knew that purgatory was made up and saying confession to a priest was just wrong. Don’t ever remember them even mentioning the Bible

to tell you the truth I’m still working on that I’m new at this. I was a Catholic for all my life until my high school years. I went to Catholic school went to church every day memorize everything I was supposed to, but was still left wanting I didn’t feel fulfilled and I’m still grappling with the salvation issue but from what I understand I can’t get into heaven by my works only by the blood of Jesus I try to live and do good things as Jesus would want me too but I’m a sinner and I can never be good enough I just have to give it to Christ and he will help me

Catholicism principle is to transgress the law of God which is sin. Thou there was a Protestant Reformation Rev 12:6,14, the Churches today believe half truth half lie, and the Commandments is abolished or changed is one of them. So don't have to go to Catholic Church to be a Catholic; just believe her doctrines (Rev 17:1,2, 14:8, 19:2, wine of Babylon) secret rapture Dispensationalism is also of the Papacy. Rev 17:5 Catholic Church and dauthers, however Rev 18:4, God has His people in Babylon and He's calling them out.

I have 66 books of the bible, the Holy Spirit is my teacher. Barnett is wrong on 7 years. Tribulation is 3.5 years. Furthermore Dispensationalism is false teaching. We will all be here. Read scriptures for yourself. Follow Christ, not this man.

Church has gotten away from preaching what God has told us to do. Many don’t want to hear the truth. Many would leave the church to find another to hear what they want to hear. Many churches have gotten to big with impressing the followers with big buildings & a type of entertainment. Many call themselves Christians because they to to church once a week & give their 10%. The path is wide;the gate is narrow. God is first. We have forgotten or drifted from this.
I've been raised as a Catholic, I still go to Catholic church I never once heard a sermon about the end times, unfortunately the church I go to is all about grace and good works.
By God grace I received a warning from God and I confessed and repented from sin and received the Holy Spirit that led me with with urgency to read the Bible, I used to believe Catholicism was the true religion and the others were in danger, now I realize it's not the name of the Church that saves us, but our faith and obedience.
We are saved by Grace through faith.
Not of religion. Not of works.
It's the GIFT of God through faith in Messiah.

The Great tribulation is only 3-1/2 years. 3 1/2 good years, & 3 1/2 bad years. However, the bad years will be to the likes of which the world has never seen and that's a pretty bold statement.
Do you think these bad years are soon to come upon us..?
@@noemasteich I really hope not but it seems that way. Everyday prophecies are being fulfilled right before our eyes to the glory of God. All one can really do is stay patient for our blessed hope and the second coming of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Me too .my heart stop 3times everytime I was pulled back.. it was nothing like on earth.. I really would love to share my testimony with more most wont believe or really dont care...but it's not for everybody God reveals who to share it with. I've actually have seen people take heed to my testimony of hell.. my eye doctor ask me about my heart attack and how it felt and how was it to dies and be brought back 3times i felt compelled to share it all.. I did and after he told me his sister was a devote christian and has been trying to get him to the lord.. he was wavering and had questions about afterlife and hell... the realness of the lord jesus christ.. he said that my storie was conformation on what she had been preaching and his feeling from God he got what he need and would start pursuing the truth of God amen.. I believe you bro praise God I to was changed and I thank God for that experience though I wish it on no one Amen
We will ALL go through the tribulation. There’s no such thing as a pre-tribulation rapture.
We will be “taken up” AFTER the tribulation.

The present time is not the tribulations, in the near future but not now, God has stated over and over
So wonderful to see a teacher actually ask if the church is not going to be here and no one else is saved they all are destroyed ! Why does Jesus spend the rest of the book telling us after chapter 4 ! Where they claim the church is gone ! Why ?? Because we are here through the 7th trump , but protected !we do suffer tribulations and some true saints will be put to death to try the none believers, but none of Gods children will suffer GODS WRATH ! The wrath is the veils being poored out !!
Most pre-tribbers will never understand this because most of them refuse to study scripture. They prefer to believe what their taught and not actually learn what God’s Word says.

My guess would be the fullness of the Gentles happens here: Revelation 1:7 7 Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of Him. Even so, Amen.

I understand that your knowledge is a product of the teachings you have heard but scripture commands you study for yourself and not believe everything your pastor says. Do your own Word study and learn the truth. Example: ekklesia doesn’t mean “church”. It means an assembly/congregation. Most of the time it meant for governmental purposes. Another: denominations aren’t in the Bible either. In fact Paul says there should be no one who ascribes to the teaching of one person over another. 1 Corinthians 1:12 and 13.
Stop believing man and do your own study, your future depends on God’s truth, not man’s version of it.

God is not a person who lives somewhere 'Up there' but is in everything, and has created everything. That power that keeps everything sustained, keeps the breath coming in and going out. The first miracle has already happened, we are born. We should not be bothered about the creators plans but our own, we have this life, this breath, and within us is a place that is infinitely beautiful, when we find that place that is beyond our mind, which is our true self, then we can be at peace, and feel whole again. It is then that we realize that we are being looked after, with every breath. We need to get ourselves together first, find that peace in ourselves first, then everything will become clear, because clarity resides inside when all the fog of our fears and ideas and theories vanishes when the light within is experienced.
God says the last 3 & half years + few weeks started 31 October 2022, Yashua/Jesus will return somewhere after 1 May 2025, allies are already here from 2019 to help us from 2025-2037.

the 7 trumpets are tribulation,
the 7 bowls are wrath.
but yet, so many Christians say they don't go through tribulation because they dont face God's wrath. which is true, they dont face God's wrath. however, God has made it VERY DISTINCT and easy to understand that the 7 trumpets are tribulation, the 7 bowls are wrath.
Furthermore, 1st Corinthians says the Rapture is at the last trumpet. If you read the 7th trumpet in Revelation it describes the Rapture, Salvation and Immortality at that moment.
then they say, "oh, that's for the Jews only."
they just will not accept the Lord's clear and direct Word.
any Israelite that does not accept their and our Messiah Jesus Christ will not be saved. anyone who denies that and says Jews have a different salvation calls Jesus a liar.

I don't get it I really dont at the end of the 1000yr reign of Christ, Satan is released again and then God just wipes him out and people rejoice, here is another idea, if he destroys Satan at the end why don't he just do it now and save all this pain and suffering. I try my best to follow Christ but keep getting set back because I can't nor will I ever accept pain and suffering when God can simply stop it.

Read the Bible and learn. Not everyone at the end of the 1000 years will be a believer. Many will willingly follow Satan in his last defiant act.

Did it occur to you that Satan might be released by something humans do and God allows it? All the pain and suffering is caused by people not God - He has given people free will to choose to be kind and loving representatives of Him, or selfish and harmful slaves of the world. If He controlled those who do evil would He not also have to control those who are not? That would contradict His promise if free will. But at the same time free will does not mean there won't be consequences for our actions - we are all accountable for the harm we cause and selfish acts etc. scripture says we are to hold ourselves accountable on earth, or God in heaven will hold us accountable. People have to be given the opportunity to show their true colors and make the choice to be loyal to the government and ways of the world, or to be faithful to the Lord so that when Christ returns the trash can be separated into the furnace and the faithful can be recycled and taken up into heaven. Scripture calls it the falling away - all the fake christians will reveal themselves when comes time to choose the mark if the beast. The faithful will choose death before turning their backs on God.
Does this pastor know the difference between wrath and tribulation?
As written 7 years of peace having it cut short at 3 1/2 years when the anti-Christ enters and desicrates the Temple. Then 3 1/2 years of horrid beyond description as never been before destruction on this earth. That's Matt 24 Daniel 11,12, Ezekiel, Revelation.

I wonder at how we tend to consider the entire 7 years as the tribulation. There are actually 2 parts to the tribulation, the time of troubles, and the great tribulation. Caution, Beloved of Christ John is a gifted Bible teacher, but He inexplicably teaches two doctrines which are contradicted by the Bible several times:
1) The Arminian heresy that one can be saved by doing something, rather than being saved by Grace alone, through a faithfulness [of Christ alone] (Eph 2:8-9).

If John read his Bible, carefully and in full context, He would know:
1) Christ's"Coming" is always singular (Mt 24:3, 27,, 37, 39, 1Th 4:15, 5:23, 2Th 2:1, 8. Thus, there is only one coming, not two comings of the Lord Jesus.
2) Jesus returns during "The Day of the LORD" (2Th 2:1-2).
3) The "Harpadzo" (Rapture) occurs during "The Day of the LORD" (1Th 4:17-5:2, 2Th 2:1-2), the same day that the present heavens and earth will be burned up with intense heat (2Pet 3:10-12). NOT >7 years before "The Last Day", the day when the Wrath of God (Rev 16) is poured out upon the earth, to destroy the wicked (Is 13:6-15, Jer46:10, Joel 1:15-3:15)
Accordingly, the Rapture rescues us from the Wrath of God, not from the "Tribulation"
The tribulation occurred in the first century as per the very words of Jesus in MT 23, MT 24, MK 13, and LK 21! How many times does the words "in this generation" have to be written down for you to read before you believe it???? Luke 21:24 even tells us that that invading army that surrounds Jerusalem back then would cause the people in Jerusalem to "And they shall fall by the EDGE OF THE SWORD, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled." Based on Hebrews 12:22-24, the Messiah’s death in Daniel 9:26 cannot be separated from the New Covenant fulfilled by His blood at Calvary. See the words "church" and "mount Sion" and "new covenant" and "Jesus" and "blood" in the passage.
Are we supposed to believe the angel Gabriel appeared to Daniel to reveal the timeline of the Messiah who would fulfill the New Covenant promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34, and then the angel failed to even mention the New Covenant. The 1599 Geneva Bible is the Bible the Pilgrims brought to America, before John Darby showed up on our shores about the time of the Civil War. Multiple Second Coming Visions in Revelation: (book not in chronological order )
Christ returns one time in the future. However, there are several different visions of His return shown from different perspectives in the Book of Revelation.
Christ returns at the end of Revelation chapter 6, with signs in the sun, moon, and stars, as are found in the Olivet Discourse.
Those at the end of the chapter are hiding from the wrath of the Lamb.
Why would they be hiding if Christ is not present?
The "kings", "captains", "might men", "free", and "bond" are also found in chapter 19 at the return of Christ.
He returns at the 7th trumpet, which is the last trumpet in the Bible, and the time of the judgment of the dead in Revelation 11:15-18.
The beginning of chapter 12 is a history lesson containing the fall of Satan, and the birth and death of Christ, who is the seed promised to crush the head of Satan in Genesis 3:15.
