I thought the community learned their lesson after bleach prodigy. Paying for an unfinished game to play it temporarily is like paying for a half cook steak you can't even finish.

The best way to "test" a game on Roblox in my opinion is to just release it for free/cheap as a public testing phase, close the game down when testing is done, then do another testing phase when you need testers again, and do this on repeat until full release. No ludicrous price tags, the limited testing phases still keeps people wanting more, and thusly more hype is generated for the game.
Them making the games that expensive, shows they are just even greedier then companies like Ubisoft and EA. Heck even those greedy companies have public testing alpha/beta for free for games every now and then. No matter how good the games ends up being, this shit just isn't excusable.

So the reason is to help to fund the game. developers cost alot and o mean ALOT. and when ppl sell early access or tester they want lesser people to access it. for example when hwx made their price to 250$ that means they want around 50-100 people to buy access. and if you knew how much hwx spent their money on their project you would realize its not actually that bad. So the reason is to help to fund the game. developers cost alot and o mean ALOT. and when ppl sell early access or tester they want lesser people to access it. for example when hwx made their price to 250$ that means they want around 50-100 people to buy access. and if you knew how much hwx spent their money on their project you would realize its not actually that bad.
But yeah there are some greedy game owners who do this on purpose but most of them have reasons
Nah, there aint no way hwx is worth 250 USD (you can get it for free later) but elden ring worth 50 USD. hwx is a roblox game not even triple A. Im a developer too but ngl that shit is NOT acceptable imo
