Only recently discovered your channel and I'm thoroughly enjoying the content. This was a wonderful episode and deeply moving.... you really brought St. Thérèse's story to life. I have a copy of Story of a Soul but would be interested in your other publications. Do you ship to the UK?
      God bless +

@@msyinyang72 Thank you for your kind words. Yes, we do ship internationally. However, many of our books are distributed by retailers in the UK (including Amazon) which will be much cheaper than paying for international shipping. Email us at marketing@icspublications.org if you have any further questions. God bless you!

I find these presentations a real blessing. Thank you for your work and study and sharing! I’m glad you brought up the topic of possible demonic activity present in the strange illness of St. Therese. I attended a retreat by the late beloved Fr. Kieran Kavanaugh on St. Therese (though better known for his excellent work on John and Teresa, Fr. Kieran had profound insights into life and spirituality of St. Therese). On this retreat Fr. Kieran gave us a teaching on demonic activity, what the devil could and could not do, what are the classic marks of demonic activity, etc. Then he walked us through the “illness” of Therese showing how it met all the criteria of demonic activity. Not to say there were not other influences at play, but he felt strongly that the evil one was definitely at work. I find it appealing to think that all it takes is a smile from Our Holy Mother to put the evil one to flight!

Thank you, brothers for this edition of Carmelcast. You really "connected the dots" and helped me understand better the trajectory which led to St. Therese's illness and her miraculous recovery. God bless!

Thank you, brothers! This presentation has helped me understand Saint Therese much better, makes her seem very "human" and connects the woundedness of the loss of the mother-figures in her life in a way I hadn't understood before. God bless!

She crashed in my life on my birthday week. Had no idea who she was until I was doing the novena when my Rosary beads disappeared 💐
