I thought we had a rain today at home, but we didn't. I wonder what the constructors are making at the Toll Booth of North Sam Houston Pkwy East. And at the end of your video, how long does the traffic take you to cross the Sam Houston Ship Channel bridge?
It probably only took about 10 minutes. The slowdown happened because the 2 lanes merged right before getting on the bridge, but after that it wasn't too bad!
