Im not sure about hit box (becouse some gloves have high hitboxes) but you got flying exploiter and enough old soo you have chance to be admin

Yes 18 should be good as long as you reach the other requirements, To report hackers on a pc I recommend OBS (search on yt for tutorial for it) and on mobile I recommended XRecorder.
