5 - 5:30 meditation
5:30-6:30 read
6:30-7:30 walk , jog
7:30-8:30 shower & pooja
8:30-9 breakfast
9-9:15(I touch my phone after 9) quick news to get a idea about trend& direction
9:15 -12 charts reading , analysis, trades
12-1:30 break & lunch
1:30 -3 :30 major movements in market, trades .
3:30-5 watch a movie or videos
5-7 family time, gym meeting friends
7_8:30 family time, dinner
8:30- 11 walking ,journaling, manifestation, reading & sleep

I like it. I'm a FX trader for the past 6 years but I don't have a consistent routine. I like yours
You may experiment first read inspiring spiritual literature before meditation.

It’s amazing how a daughter can reduce a morning routine from 90 minutes to 14 minutes...never underestimate girls

Routines, especially in the morning are good to create a sense of confidence needed to achieve the day’s tasks and in the long run to build the discipline needed to achieve one’s goals and ambitions. For example, as soon as I wake up, my immediate routine is to perfectly and neatly fold my rug. It gives me a little sense of achievement to begin the day with and extend the same sense for the entire day. However, routines are bounded by time. To lead a life of routines is a gentle way of stating we are trapped in time. As we age we should gracefully shift from living in time to living in awareness. Of what use is mediation when it is fettered by time ? It should be continuous and pervasive throughout our life.

It is just a practice that sanatanis used to do back then when none of the religions existed
People think only hindus should do it

My morning routine is wake up at 4am,,,,fresh up,,,then reading,,,, exercise,,,,then meditation,,,,then take a bath,,,,,,I do this 4 to 6,,,,then I touch my phone🤷🤷🤷,,,,,
Ya I have been following the same too, but sometimes somehow my mind tricks me to use phone, some random questions, queries pop up in my mind and here I go, into the digital zone. Has it happened with you? How were you able to control.?
@@ambrish58 never,,,,I had problems like that,,,but when my mind goes there I tell myself stop looking at phn,,,go u have other things to do,,,,I just lift up myself,,,,,😊😊😊,,,,btw after 6 also I don't use phn,,,
Try to focus on yourself not on your phone, just turn the phone off or data off if you want to avoid the notification
