It's interesting that not long ago, cooking meals at home nearly all the time and going out to eat was a rare or occasional treat. When I was a kid in the 70's maybe once a week we would bring home some KFC.
Things have changed so much and now we are going out to eat as a basic minimum as opposed to a treat or special occasion. Life changes so quickly
What do you think about putting a lump sum into an index fund vs. Dollar cost avg??
In nearly all instances lump sum investing works out best.

Hey Kim, thanks for messaging. Do you enjoy property? What country are you in? Property can give a good return. It isn’t quite as good in the UK 🇬🇧. Also why are you avoiding stocks? They are an amazing investment?
We're retired/disability. On SS, SSDI and do Airbnb(rent out bedroom)= $45k yr. No mortgage/ccards/car notes...and $20k in EFund. Living in US.
