Pasta the night before, load up on some carbs. Then a little bit on chicken and rice before I head to the rink, might have a little protein bar or peanuts right before the team warm up.

Pre-game? As a coach, I always eat what the team eats. Usually, chicken pasta varied from game to game, salad, water, or juice.

@@lawsonmcdonald5396 last three years I was at an academy so we lived together. Did everything as a team, including going to school. My team was U18 Female. Wonderful experience. Back home on Vancouver Island for now and coaching a U18 Female team here.
