📝 RM is definitely one of the best leaders in K-pop today. I mean, he stays pretty calm and collected in situations that would have made any person explode. Not to mention how his members love teasing each other so you can only imagine the amount of patience he has to endure it.
However, RM can also be intimidating at times since let’s be honest, he can get angry as well but in the case of RM, he can get pretty angry when he reached his limits.
I mean, super angry and while I admit he looks hot while being so, NAMJOON losing his cool is the last thing we want to see since he’s scary. Like super scary.
I know you guys want to see these moments so don’t worry because I prepared a list just for you.
Let’s get started.
Being a leader means RM has to handle most of the questions thrown at them. This is very true when the boys would promote in the US since he’s very much fluent in English and while the members are slowly but surely learning the language, RM is still their designated translator until they are fully confident to speak.
Well, because of this, RM has a few shares of hair-grabbing moments because the questions thrown at them range from absurd to straight-up nonsense.
For example, the boys were once asked whether Big Hit entertainment was preparing to debut what the report called as quote the ‘next BTS’.
While the other members were looking rather uncomfortable and just all in all over these kinds of questions, RM was silently taking notes however the look on his face tells an entirely different story.

I can't even imagine the weight RM holds on his shoulders trying to keep these precious goofballs in line! We need to stop and remember he is not the oldest.. He is smart and creative and being able to learn English pushed him into the leader roll. He has handled this like a 40 year old pro!! He is amazing to be in the this position at his young age! RM was the first among the 7 that caught my eye. My goodness! He is a gem! Not only in looks but definitely have brains and quick decision making in moment's mentioned here. He knows how to hold the 6 in their places. Remember these boys came from different households and different training as kids so it is like being a father adopting 6 big kids from 6 families. Wow! That's a monumental feat ! You are one in a trillion RM. Will forever be your fan no matter how.old you become. Maybe I'll go first but even on the other side I will let you know.
Like yoongi said, when you’re the leader you have more responsibility and get no extra perks than your members. Its hard work and namjoon is clearly one of the best leaders.

I like how Jin and Namjoon have a funny balance in these situations. Like Jin Hyung lets RM do the big bro discipline, and Jin acts like the good guy. It's also funny how in a lot of group interviews RM keeps them in line, but Jin will sometimes just go off and do his thing and RM will just throw his head into his hands while Jin acts up. BUT Jin knows what he's doing and how he's playing an audience so RM never gets mad just amused at Jin. See Jin introducing himself on Graham Norton and watch RM"s reaction.

All of the members have unique talent and personalities that draw in such a huge and diverse fan base so I think each one deserves much credit. But I think the super unprecedented success of BTS is largely due to Namjoon's leadership, dedication, emotional intelligence in addition to his IQ and understanding of English. He's a smart business man, and he knows how to analyze and understand each member's unique strengths and weaknesses. He is a man of action too so he is someone they can count on, at least Bang PD certainly counts on RM to keep the other guys cohesive and getting along so well. Most groups break up because of infighting and ego, but RM has kept the group for that pitfall. I don't know how he did it.

I love all these guys and RM is my bias. He's a great leader and friend. He knows he to subtly keep them in line if need be. They're young men living their best, allbeit busy, lives. I have followed them since debut and will always be a proud Army!
I think personally in English or in Korean it don't matter to me. I love their sound and voices even if I don't understand it. I will still listen to their music no matter what. RM needs to be given credit for carrying them all and being the leader he is. They all work so hard and good together. Give them all credit where it's due.

My goodness the glare, haha! That says it all, "Behave!". I can relate. I kinda give the same glare at my students when they misbehave. RM is a good leader deserving a lot of respect and love. And that is why when he gives the glare, the goofballs behave instantly.

These incidents are old. Namjoon has matured and answers questions as he sees fit. He's human, and gets fed up like anyone else. He really doesn't care to answer stupid questions. Who's not leaving him alone? I think this video points out well that he is human and doesn't try to show him in a bad light. Just the opposite. The video shows how skillfully he leads and mentions how much the boys respect him and lean on him to help them do the right things.

The only decent interviews they can get are either with Elvis Duran or Zack Sang when it comes to being in the US. The rest of the interviewers here asking f'ed up questions like this are making the rest of us look bad and like a joke. Namjoon has had to handle things like this from an early age joining the group which honestly isn't fair. They have come so far and have accomplished so much. They deserve all the best life has to offer. Let's hope the stupidity level with these interviews can go down, way down.

Challenging to keep a group organized!
Those time they all very young and sometimes they want to be just being young and foolish at times but in RM 's case he can't do that. That's the reason he is different with the members, his level of maturity and responsibilities are very high compared to others.
