Word of warning! This course is slightly different than the current 2018 course. Once you hit Jay (34:53) the new course takes a left onto 86. If you hear the narrator talking about people taking the 86 cutoff you missed the turn - the 2018 course takes the cutoff! (No Ausable out and back). Skip ahead to 49:53 to take the left.
Thank you for making this. The last time I did this event you were there...but I didn't know it of course. It was 2013). Heading back this year and your video was a nice refresher. The commentary was appreciated and accurate from how I remember my experience. I think there might be a couple slight course variations since then, but the key elements are certainly here. Good stuff!
Just wanted to comment that this video really helped me for the course. The commentary was extremely helpful too. By any chance, did you record the ride for Syracuse 70.3?
Good job at putting this together, down here in Clermont Fl, where we do have hills, nothing like that , but we have the intense heat mid 90's high humidity in July, how is the weather for the race ?
