Instead of finding a way for them or evangelizing them, they are being cast out of the villages and towns, or from the Churches. Most of them wanted to return and start a new life, but it is the church and the society who despises them and gave no room ot platform. The Church has a huge responsibility and accountability when it comes to addressing issues facing the younger generation and in such a time as this where liberalism and freedom dominates innocent minds of the youths, it is vital necessary for the Church to become a one-point destination for youths to find answers in such a way that holistic approach is given while addressing the issue. Homosexuality is now a widely accepted thing globally and the Church is now in between addressing the issue in accordance to the Bible, with courage and readiness to face the outcry and backlash from the world or surrender its Biblical values and principles to avoid unforeseen consequences from the dominant liberal society (as evidently seen in a lot of Churches in the west and Europe). If it is not dealt right away then after 5 (five) years, the church may also have to perform rituals like marriage to the same sex and we may practice a lot like westerners and it will be worse than that of the Bible mentioned like Sodom and Gomorrah or the church may be like that one free lifestyle where one does what they want which we cannot even imagine. The Church must always be restrictive towards lifestyle that conflicts with biblical teachings. The churches have to address these issues and provide necessary help to those in need. This will help people find the right path in their lives. Christian Ethics, Counselling and proper workshops will help them bring back their life on track. The church has to deal with them with love rather than being ignorant about them. The traditional belief of the people in Churachandpur town on sexual issues can be seen in two categories; Homosexuality and Heterosexuality. Most of the people living in Churachandpur town practice heterosexuality and widely accepted by the Churches and the societies. On the other hand, homosexuality was being considered as an atrocious act and condemned in the church and the society by Biblical and social arguments.
Many sections of the society did not recognize the same sexual orientation and they considered it as taboo in their traditional belief. It is also misunderstood as an alternative form of psychiatric problems, and the negative attitude of the Church and society towards them was highly prevalent. Moreover, this negative attitude or behavior targeted to them range from bullying to social discrimination, physical violence, ignorance, psychological torture.
They are being rejected by the church and society and treated like an outcast people in the society. Instead of finding a way for them or evangelizing them, they are being cast out of the villages and towns, or from the Churches. Most of them wanted to return and start a new life, but it is the church and the society who despises them and gave no room ot platform.
The Church has a huge responsibility and accountability when it comes to addressing issues facing the younger generation and in such a time as this where liberalism and freedom dominates innocent minds of the youths, it is vital necessary for
the Church to become a one-point destination for youths to find answers in such a way
that holistic approach is given while addressing the issue.
Homosexuality is now a widely accepted thing globally and the Church is now in between addressing the issue in accordance to the Bible, with courage and readiness to face the outcry and backlash from the world or surrender its Biblical values and
principles to avoid unforeseen consequences from the dominant liberal society (as evidently seen in a lot of Churches in the west and Europe).
If it is not dealt right away then after 5 (five) years, the church may also have to perform rituals like marriage to the same sex and we may practice a lot like westerners and it will be worse than that of the Bible mentioned like Sodom and Gomorrah or the church may be like that one free lifestyle where one does what they want which we cannot even imagine. The Church must always be restrictive towards lifestyle that conflicts with biblical teachings.
The churches have to address these issues and provide necessary help to those in need. This will help people find the right path in their lives.
Christian Ethics, Counselling and proper workshops will help them bring back their life on track.
The church has to deal with them with love rather than being ignorant about them. This will
help them feel loved and cared for and that will eventually help them take the right necessary steps and decisions in life which will eventually help them understand the basic
moral standard of life.🙏
