- Today we're going to do the expected, we're going to two video game stores, and two thrift stores. What will we find? Who knows? Probably some nintendo switch, wii u, playstation and xbox games. Let's all find out.

Haha this was so cool. I recently moved out of Waterbury and I've actually been to all these places.
We need more videos from you I like the way you present everything happy I found another Tri State/New England gamer
I always go there !
Pro Tip about Red White and Blue.
Whatever is the color of the previous week is the 50% of the following Wednesday. Anything that survives two weeks is 75% off the following Monday.
I got Horizon Zero Dawn for $2 from that location.
A lady got a great condition Herman Miller Aeron for $25. I was so jealous.
Edit: Best 3 GoodWills in CT in my Experience: Avon, Norwalk, and Waterbury. Norwalk is a super goodwill
Just found your channel the other day, love the stuff man! You're living the dream!
Hey! I’m glad you found it. And thanks!
Me 2
I’m very much in the middle when it comes to thrifting, I remember being a kid and only being able to get things at the thrift store, from games to clothes and such. So, I would rather leave those stuff for the kids that have the same upbringing as I had.
Should go to Retro Games Plus on the Berlin Tpke if you haven't already, theres also 4 thrift shops within a few miles of that store
I love the videos Paul! I’m a CT native, love seeing your passion through the videos and highlighting all the local gems. good luck on the n64 hunt!
Thank you! And CT is a cool state!
Iam from Connecticut 2! 😎 Cool!
Titanic vhs seems to be at every single thrift store around in the northern part of the state where I am, I found a sealed one maybe one day I’ll grade it?
I found your YT page and just subbed! Nice to meet you at the gamexchange. I live in the Torrington area of CT and I usually stop at that gamexchange cuz it’s the closest retro store to where I live and I always grab Popeyes next door 😂
Yooo! Thanks for stopping by, and it was nice meeting you. I was so thrown off that you knew me from IG because it’s my smallest platform by far, but it’s so cool to meet people IRL. I hope we run into each other at retro world expo or something next year.
A lot of Wii U goodies there
I have a complete set but I still look every time
@ThePaulWeber very cool man, I'm a big fan of the Wii U, as you probably guessed 🤣
I was at this store recently looking for our Atari 2600 games. They told me they got rid of all of them.
🌟
You’re from ct? Subbed
It’s so wild to see games in a goodwill. My local goodwills no longer carry games. They all go to the online auctions now.
I rarely see anything good, but if I see anything I do a double take and check all of them for the collection
Yay a longer video!!!
We out here!
Dang I live near Waterbury
the closest game x change to me is in wallingford and that one sucks i might check out the one in water berry but yea
GameStop’s predatory practices towards consumers and the inability to checkout without answering 20 questions and major guilt trip, have forced me to a position of NEVER giving them any of my money again.
Fair position. For a lot of people game stop is the only store in town, that was the case for me growing up, I think they could be a better company because without them there is no national chain. I will never be ok with unwrapped new games.
I will Walmart it if I have to, but I never get a good deal at Walmart. There is a GameXchange near me that I often go to. A Play-N-Trade and the Game Trader’s a bit further away, those are good too. If you are ever in Tennessee, a visit to McKay’s Books is a MUST. Many, many games… (and systems, and music, and a few books).
do you go to different states for your 100 game stores?
Do you have a P.O. Box so we can send you Jingle All The Way on VHS or do you like it on any format? I’m hunting for Titanic as well on VHS for Titanic Fan 97. I’m trying to get a few more and I’ll send it on his way.
I’ve only found one copy, it may not make sense for me to continue 😅
The video camera looked like a Sharp Viewcam
Do you know if it’s a memory card or floppy disk or what? I’ll have to look it up
@@ThePaulWeber it records on to mini VHS tapes called VHS-C.
@@nuthinbutwiiuNo, it’s Video8, shown by the number 8 on the camera. Video8 was Sonys more successful competitor to VHSC
@@BarrySG ah, good spot.
