It's common to dismiss young people as overly sensitive and as "snowflakes". Speaking as a middle aged man, I think England's young players showed a level of calm maturity in the face of racist abuse, which would have frankly been beyond me.

So many players have been standing out in Gareth’s system, Raheem looks world class, Sancho looks like a seasoned pro, Barkley looks like the promising young talent he once was & Kane is showing he’s much much more than just a goal scorer.

Im from Russia, play Football in Montenegro. Utd fan, started supporting England in 2010 I think, 2012 for sure. Cant believe I got the ticket on the day even tho they wouldnt sell to any non locals and got to see England live, aswell as talk and have photos taken with Heaton, Tarkowski and Kane.

It's not a big number. Black people are respected by Montenegrins. An example: a month ago we qualified for the World Cup in basketball and a most crucial player in last matches was a black. For lot of people here, he is a national hero, who fought the most 🇲🇪🇲🇪🇲🇪
