Dry red chilli - 6
Black pepper - 8
Ginger - 2 inch
Garlic cloves - 12
Onion - 1/2 cup
Chana dal (soaked ) - 4 tbsp
Green chilli - 2
Egg -1
Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
Mint leaves - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil to fry

hi - I made this twice, the taste is great. However both times after shallow frying its still dry, oil doesn't go in. What would you recommend? Shallow frying it more slowly in more oil etc ? How long to shallow fry like 10 minutes?
